When bookmaker cut my bonus and betpoints, I didn't figure it out until I went to redeem betpoints and it told me to call customer service.

Unfortunately, they don't warn you ahead of time that you can no longer redeem Betpoints. I had a good amount saved up. :|

I just lost my betpoints too i can see them but not use them. I still get bonuses though

What they are offering now with betpoints is far better than redeeming the bet points. Now as you build up bet points you reach gold, platinium levels etc. The higher your level the lower the juice you pay. If you are past platinum levels the lines are as good as pinnacle and sometimes even better for some events.

You need to scroll down to the bottom of the page, click "use your your bet points" and then click "cash back" to redeem them now.

Huh? I am not sure they are even offering betpoints anymore. Any every day players there still getting betpoints?

Not exactly.

They said "Not a recreational player". I was mostly betting their early open college basketball totals, and beating them on average by a few points during November to January of 2016-2017.

Preceded to get absolute destroyed in college basketball in 2017-2018, without the benefit of bet points. Thats life I guess.
