Phoenix July 4th Bonus Offer

I have to say that although Betphoenix is a relatively new book, they seem to be a very honest, customer friendly book. A simple error was made and Richard has come on here numerous times and appologized for that. Not sure what else he can do. With all the shit books out there that lie and scam, i dont think making a stink of something as small as an email offer is worth the time, especially when its coming from one of the few honest books still left.

Agree with your point. On the flip side some books do not want to even speak to members at all costs. I want us to be the opposite of that and be more open to communication and working relationship based on the members desired communication methods. I am not trying to argue with you here at all. I just want us to provide better service at the end of the day...and as tough love as this is with the name calling and criticism from some posters, it is valid input and helps. That is one point of why posting forums exist.

I accept that you can not look by this issue and will move on. Good luck to you with your gaming sir.

I greatly appreciate the open lines of communication and think that is one of the plus sides of your book. Having been booted as 'non-rec' at one of your skins (mania) - S-1 told me I couldn't get promos/bonuses - were they telling porkies

I am sure someone from SBR can confirm the investment to software and facility on our behalf. We actually have open door policy with SBR unlike most other businesses.

I have to say that I'm pleasantly surprised with BetPhoenix. The level of service and payment options are solid. After being very skeptical at first, an understatement for sure, I joined BP about a month ago. With their 105 lines, they are my second most used Book behind Matchbook.

Newbies should take advantage of the July 4th offer. Completing the rollover there shouldn't be that difficult. Keep up the great work guys.

100 free play with a 15x rollover (it was obvious from his post in this thread where he was going at least he had the balls to come right out and ask for it after about 5 posts complaining about it and RJ still not offering something for his tremendous hassle with the situation)

life must be rough for a guy like that.

i wish good books like BP wouldn't fall for bashing like this and give into ****ing free rolling clowns like this majormt guy

Hey dick head were you on the email? Did the owner of your company walk into your office and ask why he received an email soliciting him to make a deposit at a book??? Go outside and play in traffic... I was just joking when I made the post about the freeplay. But by them doing that they just showed how solid they are and I am now a customer.

yes i was and i wouldn't take a $100 FP for it.

they made a mistake.

unlike yourself i play at this book and have been playing at it a lot longer than you. the last time you played at this book was probally when they gave you a free $50 to bet with during the NBA finals (thats how they have your email on file as you needed to create an account) LOL!

i'm sure you haven't sent 1 deposit of your own money to this book.

they are a good book that offers very generous bonuses i would suggest you take them up on this offer if you can save up $400 and send it to them

I have never played with them, I had an account for the SBR contest. I only use 5dimes, BetJM and matchy so I didnt think I would ever want a 4th out. But after HH's post about them, and how visible they are on the forum I will definitely sign up.

That's a very good question which only BP can answer. Giving up 105 lines indefinitely for a one-time bonus would not be wise IMO--especially if you plan on using this Book a lot (which I do).

You are correct Hog. As someone who has played there every day for quite a while now, the 105 line set is more valuable long term than any bonus.

You can move back and forth to -110 and -105 depending on promos. Once done with restrictions, you can ask to be moved.

We do see the mania members play, and we attempt to minimize overt risk based on playing style and activity. Lets face it, some of you are a tad too good, and for various reasons. Kind of like Vegas not comping card counters. If you can count, god bless you for your gift, but they don't want to empower you to beat them up further. Our position is similar. You can beat us up, but no need to hand you weapons to boot. Straight up whooping is good enough here.

RJ: I was very negative initially, and outspoken, about your Book. In fact I waited to see how your complaints were settled before I sent you a dime. All said, I think you're a top 10 Book (A- to B+). The effort you make is much appreciated.

From a safety of funds standpoint is there anything different in betmania and phoenix? The difference I see is that betmania has better bonuses.. that is the only reason why I would sign up with betmania than phoenix. Betmania also says they do transfers with matchbook. Anyone know?

I have also been impressed with the way BP have handled things in general (this email aside). I have used them briefly in the past, and may try them again come football season if they have an attractive promo, at least for small stakes to establish some trust.

Not many books have a presence on here and I think it helps because it shows they actually care about their image and value the players. Just because a book pays out doesn't mean they value their customers and will treat them fairly. Same goes for Black Dog/Regate Wager....

We back all Mania payments so you are safe either way. Differences are bigger limits, extend -05 Vs -07, varied bonus programs etc.
