I deposited on mybookie.ag one month ago but realized my account had 0 usd limits on live bets which I was interested in. I didn't try on other forms of bets. Then I tried to withdraw my original deposit but they closed access to my account and requested docs which I sent. now they are not responding anymore and seems to me they do not want to pay.

How long ago did you send the docs?

Give them a few days, at least, but if they don't get back to you you can submit an Sportsbook Complaint form and SBR can probably find out more for you.
