bookmaker and galaxysports consolidating

FYI. Up to now, I've been playing both on Bookmaker and Galaxy Sports. I used both more for cash management reasons than anything else since the odds and bonuses are the same on both. Today when I logged onto Galaxy, they said they moved my funds over to bookmaker, and they had. I chatted with the rep, and they said they did this for all users, not just me. I asked if I'm being asked to play only on Bookmaker, and they said yes. Not sure exactly why, but just thought I'd share. Bookmaker is a great book (if not the very best), and I'm happy to comply.

I just checked again I still have both. I had bookmaker for 10 years or so and galaxy for 1. curious did the people who got merged set both places up around the same time ?

I don't remember exactly, but I'm pretty sure I set mine up at different times. I was active on both at the same time, and that may have something to do with it.
