    Sportsbook Customer Service
Has anyone dealt with rude customer service from some of these top rated sportsbooks? A couple of reps at Heritage hung up on my brother who is a nice guy, I might add.

When I was first trying to get signed up with Heritage, someone hung up on me when I was trying to get help. I figure these reps deal with some big egos who think they are the greatest, smartest sports bettor in the world, but I think some of these reps need different jobs away from the public. I'm just wondering if anyone else has had similar experiences?

People from poorer countries, who don't bet themselves usually, dealing with "rich gringos" throwing money away and being angry when anything stops them throwing it away faster.

Not that that is an excuse for rudeness, but it is the reality of the dynamic.

Plus, American expectations of how CS should operate, and treat customers, is unique in the world. Foreigners often can't relate to the way quite a few Americans act when dealing with CS. If you have ever told a CS agent how they should do their job or how they should speak to customers, then you are probably one of these people.

I treat people the way I want to be treated and I don't tell people how to do their job especially if I have never had that job before. But some things like politeness and common courtesy should be universal no matter where you live but I see your point.

I didn't mean to imply you were rude lanechase.

And not even saying it is right. But it is what it is and there is an underlying reason for it.

I've been depositing and withdrawing using Bitcoin for over a year now at Bookmaker but today they denied my withdrawal because I can't submit images of a credit card I no longer have.

I feel like I went backwards 15 years to when many books made it so hard to withdraw.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? Not sure what to do

This is concerning. I am in the same situation. I have been making deposits with bitcoin for the past several months.

I have not attempted any withdrawels yet, but I have deposited in the past with credit card. I thought most sportsbooks only required an image of your credit card if enough time had not elapsed since your deposit ( so you can't withdraw and dispute the charge with your credit card company). I don't see how money deposited and lost with a credit card over a year ago would have anything to do with present bitcoin deposits and withdrawels.

I have contacted Heritage CS many many times probably well over 100 over the last years. I find them to be the best CS out of any book that I have ever used...Outstanding I would rate them...probably some sort of language or connection issue via phone...have him us the live Chat next time
