Hey guys i need a bit of help here. Heritage CS says because I made the same live bet within a few seconds, the second bet is void. Has anyone ever heard of this? Its a first for me as I have made 2 and sometimes 3 live bets over the last 2 years within seconds and they have always been accepted and graded. Is this something new ?............

just had 1 live bet cancelled from last night. noticed it still pending today. called. was told it would be cancelled because it was a duplicate bet. they were right. I bet it once but it showed up as 2 bets with the same bet number. I was only looking at the pending bet did not check the graded bets. I know it's not the same. just saying what happened. never heard of placing 2 bets to close together to count.Comment -

It sounds like some sort of glitch rather than a new policy. Although not sure as have not heard this before.
If you shoot in a Sportsbook Complaint form with your account details SBR should be able to reach out and get a more detailed explanation for you..Comment -

Turns out some how the live betting platform duplicated a number of bets for many customers. I didn't understand that when I had the chat conversation with CS. Heritage support actually called me and explained it and then because of all the confusion, went ahead and graded the bet as a win. There is no better place for "top shelf" CS.......Heritage rocks

platform is great except for when you go to enter an amount, takes a couple extra seconds of time that's needed to get in the bet before it changes. and the odds are bad. worse than most. the most important thing is the odds. love heritage but don't understand how anyone would think the live betting is great with the odds they show. the juice is just too high. but I would like to again say the platform is great, if I could get in the bet quicker. get rid of the $1 that's there when you pick your bet. get rid of the silly scale you can use to place your bet. you want to just enter your bet. without deleting the $1 or using a slide scale.Comment -
