Do you have any proof? I've been waiting 2.5 years for a $2500 withdrawal after getting paid once in the summer of 2017. We've had people in this thread claiming that topbet isn't a fradulent thieving organization but I haven't seen any proof that people have gotten paid by TopBet in the last year.

No one should deposit here obv.

I’m not sure if this will help your specific situation at all but I did send them documentation to prove my identity and then re-submitted the payout request.

2.5 years and counting............................

All emails being ignored.

When you call they ask to press 1 for deposits and press 2 for all others questions.

When you press 2 it says that all representatives are busy and to leave a message.

I left one and have not been called back.

I also pressed 1 for deposits and immediately talked to a customer service rep.

She said all managers/supervisors were off for the day. Lol

She said she would email me with an update from the payout team and that I would be called by a manager/supervisor tomorrow.

I doubt that either will happen but we'll see.

They are now saying that the pandemic is the cause for delays.

There was no pandemic in 2018, when my withdrawal was made and approved.

Just laughable what they train their reps to say to customers.

I don't mind at all. First, a lot of time has passed. Second, I got my deposit and then some out of them before they stopped paying people. And I only had about $6,000 in my account when they stopped paying. I doubled it after I realized that I probably wasn't getting any more. I honestly don't think I've had it that bad overall. Only TopBet and one other rinky-dink site took me for another $2k balance, and I knew they were risky when I deposited.

Edit: Oh, I almost forgot that 5Dimes kind of screwed me when they left the USA, by voiding my large number of open futures having a high combined EV. But at least they paid players and they eventually handled my open parlays correctly - paying out on all settled winning legs.

Maybe it was not the right decision, maybe it was. But that's what I thought personally at the time. Annoying people is not an offense.

And honestly, if we react to the handful of loud complainers who think "everyone" thinks just like them, then it just encourages more cancel culture from some users. Several people complained when he was banned btw.
