Sounds like no one has been paid in 8-9 months plus. Maybe they really did go insolvent.

Hey guys, I had 300 bucks left on there after I cashed out over a year ago now. You can go back and check my posts and they finally paid me bitcoin after 4-5 months....... I was able to get my last 300 via bitcoin I had just placed some bets I thought were meanigless and hit some over the last year and then lost a bunch as well and I was back to 300 a month ago.... I just emailed every single day for the past 3 weeks and said can I get my money bitcoin and they finally sent it this morning. Only 300 bucks but still I hope they will do the same for you guys

They sent me bitcoin last year and now again last week. A guy asked for my bitcoin address in an email and I gave it to him and then it was in my account the next day both times..... Sketchy as can be but Im just glad I got my money... The first time was for 4 grand and that was to me in Oct. 2017.... I could have cared less about this last 300 bucks after everything but I just kept emailing like I said and I gave my bitcoin address and someone worked their magic for me again.

I’m surprised by this. I haven’t heard of anyone getting more than $2,500 or via BTC.

I’ve emailed them 4-5 times and I literally never get a reply back.

Realbet (sister web site) has not issued my final payout check. Requested it more than 18 months ago. They have not replied to any of my emails since August. SBR has attempted to contact them multiple times, and they ignore them too.

TopBet has not been responding to my emails for months. They used to give me the runaround with CS (blaming their payment providers as others have said in this thread). Now, when you call their CS number, they tell you to press 1 for deposit assistance, and 2 for all other issues. If you press 1 you call is picked up immediately. If you press 2, your call goes to voicemail and they tell you to leave a message or send an email.

Not that I had much hope of getting my money out before but I 100% do not now. What a disgrace.

To be fair, most of the people owed money here deposited when they were rated C, years ago.

I have been trying to get money out for years.

If you want to call C rating a shit book, that's fine, but when many books cut you off, options are limited.

They are absolutely a shit book now.

I love how people say just play at great books.

I wish I could just play at all the great books, that you and others can, but I have been booted or limited to almost nothing at a lot of them.

I did the research, but your situation isn't always the same as some others.

I used to play on topbet when they would give crazy bonuses that didnt make sense and would withdrawl once a week. A couple years ago payments got really far behind where I stopped playing which sucked because I was making a lot through them. Obviously i knew it wouldnt last too long since the bonuses didnt make sense. At 1 point I had 8 withdrawls I was waiting on total over 16k. I did get them all eventually. I was extremely persistent and noticed I had the most luck when telling them I needed the money to pay off my credit card balance so I can make another deposit and take advantage of this sweet bonus you have but cant deposit until I get my withdrawal since my card is maxed out...
Hope If you try that it helps. Dont give up it's a lot about timing with these bozos if someone made a large deposit just before you called in you may get lucky.

That's a refreshing post.

Some people wont play at books with silly bonuses.

Some people like you will, but understand you get what you can whilst you can.

And then there's the people who take no responsibility for anything they choose to do and act like their inheritance was stolen from under the bed when it was them who chose to risk it with an obviously bad business model.

It's mostly Topbet's fault, but not entirely. Choices were made to take a risk.

Book had been rated in the Ds for years, as well as the bonuses not making sense.

I was one of the lucky ones who go paid by topbet via Bitcoin back in the fall of 2017 for a little over 4 grand.... I requested in April and got it in October. I literally called twice a day all summer long and sent 3-4 emails a day. I finally got asked for my bitcoin address and the next day I had it in my account. I am sure alot of deposits were coming in and I just got lucky. I want to point out I did get help from another site as well. They called on my behalf and I got a call from a supervisor at topbet later that day and then the next morning is when I got asked for my bitcoin address.

Calculated risks are part of the game. I had wagered with, and been paid (slowly, but still) by TopBet before. Additionally, there were forum posts from that time by people who had also been paid recently, so after doing my research I decided to put in $500 last February to bet on the Winter Olympics, and between February and August of last year I ran that number up to a little bit less than $10k. I would never put that much into a site like this. I think most people here have deposited at 2nd 3rd or 4th rate books especially earlier on when can size-ably increase their roll by taking lots of shots at deposit bonuses at different shops. That, combined w/ TopBet being very soft in a number of areas, can certainly make it worth a bettor's while to take a shot at a shady book. Obviously I wouldn't recommend depositing there now that no one who requested a payout in the past 6 months has received any money. But I used the information available to me at the time and went for it.

I emailed TopBet last night and received a lengthy response back. It basically said what I've been told over the phone for the past year, but it wasn't ignored, so we'll see.

I have around 3k in my account. Been 5 months and no money. They won’t even reply to my emails. They are horrible with customer service and just give me the run around and never give me a straight answer. Plus if it’s your first withdrawal you have only one option of 500$ to take out which is ridiculous. They are a pure scam

I wish more people knew about SBR..... I was one who knew nothing about gradings of sites and I fell into the trap of the nice bonus they offered. I just assumed every sportsbook would pay when I first started. I luckily was one of the last few to get paid by them... They are a complete joke.
