#47Well as long as issues like this remain open and unanswered, 1xbet will be on my blacklist, and I'll be sure to let everyone know at the various online sports betting communities I'm a member of. I'm sure others feel the same way. 1xbet is not doing itself any favors by trying to get away with scams like this one. They need to do the right thing here and make good on OP's original bet, or at least respond to SBR's inquiry and help bring the incident to closure.Comment -

#50They say they plan to "stand their ground" and not pay you!
I've asked if they would like to make a statement justifying this I can post.
I am pretty much giving up on them based on these last two minor grading errors they wont even fix.
Not sure if they are actually criminals or just really really dumb and dont even really understand basic sports betting issues at this point..Comment -

One last thing that shows how big time thief 1xBet is, I have been trying to close/block my account because of their behaviour for weeks now. They just keep asking me ”why do you want to close your account and please send a photo of you while holding your passport while sitting in the toilet and send those photos to this and this and this address and maybe then we can close your account and dont forget to smile in the picture....” yeah, that is sarcasm but you all know what i mean. All in all, they dont follow their rules grading bets and then they dont respect you enough to close your account when asked to do so like ten times. Thats just so frustrating. Think of, if someone really wants to get away from betting because of a gambling problem and they wont let go... thats so grose. Really hits my Sense of justice. Even though online betting is bit of a wild wild west, you just cant ignore clear facts. Sadly, i see 1xBet is advertising a lot everywhere and they will have some new steaks all the time.Comment -

#52An update on this case.
When SBR asked 1xbet about this problem we received the answer;
Bet #2712198997 - when the bet option was given at 07:45 GMT +3, it was given without 10 km and here the bet was graded as loss correctly. Frenzel won the normal hill including 10 km. When other bookies started giving bets that included 10 km, the bet was changed but the bet was accepted as the one without 10km.
SBR replied and asked;
- As you say the bet had been changed, what was it changed from? The player agrees the bet was changed, he says it originally showed "Normal Hill + 10KM" and was changed to just "Normal Hill". What does 1xbet say that the bet originally stated before it was changed to just "Normal Hill"?
- If the bet was intended to be for Riber v Frenzil Normal Hill only, why was Riber priced as the favorite when Frenzil was clearly the favorite for the single event outright?
- What do you make of the screenshots the player supplied to support his position?
Last Friday our management contact at 1xbet asked for more time to try and get this grading fixed again.
The situation remains unchanged.
And finally here is 1xbet's official response;
Betting slips show that the bets were taken only for Normal hill, which is signified by the beginning of the event (I think they mean when the bet was accepted, they were taking bets only for Normal hill): 14.02 07:45 Moscow Time. Also, betting company accepted bets for Normal hill + 10 km later. According to the official protocol of events for February 14th, Eric Frenzel took 5th place when completing Normal Hill. Riiber took 3rd. Betting slip 2712198997 was calculated correctly. 2712216183 - according to the results of Normal Hill Rydzek took 11th place - betting slip is graded as a loss.
I know what I think but would like to hear a couple of 3rd party opinions on this answer before I say more.
Please dont derail the thread with screams of criminals and scam, yet. I want to hear some considered opinions purely on the facts of this grading decision. If possible from people who have bet on skiing themselves before..Comment -

#53Well, i know what i did bet according to the website and according to the bet slip. Those screenshots say it clearly. And what ever they say, our argument of Frenzel being the favourite to win the matchup tells us what is the truth. He was a big big underdog considering the Normal Hill only. F-grade and blacklist.Comment -
