I have this complaint. The NBA finals just ended yesterday, so I think a complaint is a bit premature. Regardless though, I have contacted BetPhoenix.

Not really.

This involved a promotion. He wasn't eligible for a payout until after the NBA finals concluded (which was... about 12 hours before this complaint was submitted the second time).

BetPhoenix has already issued payment to the player. This complaint mainly arose because the player didn't read or didn't understand the terms of his free promotion.
