Bookmaker giving hard time in withdraw lying about a rollover I don’t have
    Edit by SBR: Hi guys,

For anyone who experienced a hiccup with the rollover calculator, the issue has been resolved. Anyone who still sees an issue should contact customer service and Bookmaker will take care of it.

Hey guys. For starters this name sucks I requested it to be changed it was not. It’s supposed to say mookie0608. Onto the next

I deposited with bitcoin and I did not accept a bonus so I was not stuck with a roller over.

Today I requested a withdraw for $1000 and they denied it claiming I have a rollover and still need to go through a little under $1100. There wrong but won’t listen. They claimed I used free play and I did not. I did not accept a bonus if I have a roll over then they owe me a few grand that I did not receive. The only thing my account has is “bonus cash” that I am doing nothing with. I don’t understand the problem if I do not accept bonuses. Any help appreciated. To my knowledge roll overs are only counted towards bonuses accepted and “free play”.

I'm not sure what bonus cash is but if you still had a balance or free play remaining from a previous deposit then unfortunately you need to fulfill the rollover from the previous deposit/bonus. Not sure if that's the case but it would explain why they are asking you to rollover $1100 more.

Well bookmaker has good reputation and I doubt they would say this unless they had cause or if there is a mistake..so I’m sure they will take care esp if sbr asks..when was your bonus cash added to account? Was it prior to deposit or same time?

Only made 1 deposit and that was with bitcoin. They keep trying to tell me the require a roll over regardless even if u do not accept a bonus all deposits are subject to a roll over but I did not read this any where nor was it stated to me over the phone.

Pretty much every book requires a 1x rollover of deposited funds.

                    Hi mookid,

The rollover is standard even for bitcoin, books don't want to be used as bitcoin exchanges.

Well that’s kind of dumb. Did not know that. Is what it is I guess. $2600 with change and dollars. $600 if that was thanks to bitcoin even though I hate it. If I walk into a bank and ask for money cashing a check or exchange it for other currency. they don’t tell me to come back in 15 days to pick it up.

Rules are Rules you cant just deposit 2600$ and not wager it at least 1X and ask for withdrawals...with BTC fees being so high now and possibility of fraudulent activity like mixing schemes out there plus the Books are a business not a bank or some sort of exchange...maybe offshore is just not for you...PS I'd be careful as this type activity might raise red flags and the book may ask for a more thorough KYC

I don't know if it's posted elsewhere, but it's at least here as the first line under "important reminders" https://www.bookmaker.eu/cashier-withdrawals . Whatever you deposit, you have to bet that amount before you can withdraw it even if you don't take a bonus. That's so they don't have people using them as an exchange by depositing with a credit card and withdrawing using bitcoin or using them as a mixer to deposit $5000, bet $1 and withdraw the rest of the bitcoin. They aren't a bank, they are a sports book.

Important note for Bookmaker in the future: don't deposit what you aren't going to bet.

Okay thanks. Maybe u mid understood me I never tried manipulating the rules or anything to that extent I just was not aware of a roll over. I played a little bit at betdsi and there was no roll over unless it’s a bitcoin thing. As far as wait time with bitcoin goes I just meant the amount of time u have To wait to receive after purchase. My bank paid them with cleared funds the day I purchased bitcoin. But not going to argue over $2000 buy that sounds up increasing to $2600. As far as the rules go I just never read them in the deposit so was assuming based off what I read and a previous book I never got a roll over on a deposit as long as I did not accept any bonus. Just stopped playing at dsi. Tired of there rediculous professor fees and down time during busy hours before game time.

They are very nice over on bookmaker so honest mistake on my end. Be nice though if they had a tracker in the account to let you know how much more you have to go to complete the roll over. Unless I just don’t look in the right spot I use mobile majority of the time. Love it there so want to keep it good with them.

When you made the reference to the bank, I thought you were trying to compare the two. I have seen try to do this and get upset when the book says no. Personally, if I could do this, I would definitely do it though rather than pay Coinbase.

Ohh no lol sorry. I meant just the j risk buying bitcoin on Coinbase for some reason I had to wait 15 days and originally an agent told me as soon as my bank gives them the okay and funds are credited to them they will release the bitcoin. I’m new to bitcoin so did not quit understand it originally. Heard about it a few years ago and just though it was a scam or another method to help scammers make a boat load of cash like a easier ** with higher send limits.

If you're willing to eat 5% you can do it instantly with credit card. CB promised a couple months ago they would offer instant ACH purchases by the end of the year, but I haven't heard an update after the initial announcement that some of the customers were being allowed as part of the initial roll out.

15 days is kind of crazy, it usually is just the 5. You just got started at a bad time. At least it should always be better than this in the future

Rollovers can be confusing...just ask them and they will let u know...the only book I use that has a rollover calculation and what remains is betonline they are good book too you can try.. for non btc book I personally prefer heritage though there chat and cs is the best and very reasonable rollover
Bookmaker now shows rollover left too. If you click on the arrow next your balance the rollover is at the bottom of the pull down menu.

                                            Hi guys,

For anyone who experienced a hiccup with the rollover calculator, the issue has been resolved. Anyone who still sees an issue should contact customer service and Bookmaker will take care of it.

I've had an open issue with them that they havent resolved since Monday. I contacted customer support multiple times and they admit the issue, and say they will send a mail to the appropriate team. I received an email 2 days ago where they gave me some generic response that didnt look into my specific case. I emailed them back and then contacted chat again. Issue there is I made 2 separate deposits, 1st one busted, 2nd deposit was made but the rollover aggregated both deposits. Seems pretty easy to resolve but they are dragging it out and I can not withdraw funds which is frustrating.

Did you make a redeposit the same day you busted out? If so, that might be the problem. The rollover does not reset until the next business day.

think so, but it should still reset, if its a system issue thats fine. But they neeed to fix my account

also galaxy, I deposited 1400.00 and it took 2 days for bitcoin to get verified. The value went up but they credited me exactly 1400.00. I've made many btc deposits and they adjust the value based on current btc rate at deposit. Its never 1400.00 because of this but they are saying this isn'true. They are lying basically. There was some issue on there side and they just credited my deposit amount exactly.

Both these places share customer support and I've seen this go down hill
