Bookmaker.eu account DRAINED and compromised !!!!! Help

My account was compromised and whomever got into lost everything, making no assumptions here but could possibly be the book itself so that to prevent me from winning more money from then. I didn't accuse you of any wrongdoing, I said its very obvious from your story the money was lost playing internet blackjack. Why would someone hack your account and play blackjack - if they hacked your account they'd try to steal your money.

Like I’ve stated why would I go from $7200 down to $0.11 playing online blackjack? I won every sports wager with this book to date and think it was done by someone from BM. I’ll either get my money back or I will cost them future business because of this.

Keep accusing Bookmaker and you surely won't see your money back. You simply said it wasn't you. But you never questioned your friend who sleeps on your couch. You mentioned they said it was used from your IP address but then said you only used Bookmaker from your phone. Phone IP addresses are dynamic IP's and mean nothing because they always change. So how do they have your IP address if you've only used Bookmaker from your phone.

Bookmaker customer service advised me that the IP addresses of the device used to place these wagers were the same. I did some research on this and IP address can be duplicated. No security whatsoever here with BM when each time you IM chat they ask for your pin ID code. Someone had the intent to drain the account to zero here and I wasn’t me. I was so happy to have found a book with fast payouts and then bs happens to me.

I am calling BS on this story. So CRIS got an individual to clone your IP so that they could drain your 7k in the casino? Is that what you are trying to say? You realize that 7k to them is absolutely nothing (doesn't even equate to the vig on 1 wager from a whale).

I will tell you a story of a recent player who lost $5000 in the casino. He kicked some ass after depositing 200 and got it up to 5000 playing Blackjack in a couple days. Then he calls up and says that all his money is gone. OMG! We stole it. He never played it. He demanded his $5000 back!

I have seen this several times and we verified the ip address was the same ip that he won all the money. After explaining that its his responsibility to keep his password private and to not leave his account open while he wasn't at it.

He was a nice guy but you could tell he wasn't telling the whole truth. After several minutes, he admitted that his roommate came in drunk last night and thought it was play money and lost his $5000 in the casino. I suspect that it was him that lost it, not the roommate, and he felt so bad that he made up a story and tried to sell it. But whatever. It will happen again for sure.

Right. The real tragedy is for those who have 5 and 6 figures on sites, and then get robbed blind. I believe there is ongoing litigation against Lock Poker, but I don't see how they will be able to collect anything.

I went to bed with $7200 and woke up this morning with ELEVEN CENTS!! WTF? I am more than outraged and am still waiting for BM to call me back! They have my number and I can’t even go on chat anymore to talk to them as my account has been closed! Thanks a lot Bookmaker!

It's entirely possible that your account was hacked, but to think your $7000 is so important to Bookmaker that they would hack your account and lose it playing blackjack to prevent you from putting them out of business with your huge winnings is pretty damn silly. Friend didn’t do it as I have an iPhone with a security lock on it. Also I was told by BM customer service that the same IP address was used in both cases. Wasn’t me, so want my money back!

I don’t care if you believe me or not I’m just wanting to see if anyone else here has ever had this happen to them before. My device was hacked and account drained to zero. A complaint has been filed here with SBR so we’ll see if anything gets resolved here. BM is not calling me back. Have contacted my bank to get my debit card on file closed and a new number issued ASAP!

Yes, other people have got drunk and drained their account, or had a friend do it, and tried to shoot this angle before. Your game is not new to people here!

The account was deliberately drained. Why would I lose $7200 on online blackjack? I have played their bj from time to time however am a sports bettor. This could happen to anyone.

Fair enough, but why would a hacker who could just as easily withdraw the money lose $7200 on online blackjack? That would literally be the first time in hacking history that someone had access to over 7k but chose not to withdraw it then and there.

Because you lost some at the beginning and then you went on a tilt. You lost control of your emotions and couldn't get a handle on them till you were all out of money.

Bookmaker is solid. These "compromised" accounts are always fishy. I know if I was able to compromise someone's account the first thing I would do is cash it out and it would be as quickly as possible. I wouldn't sit around for hours on end in the (rigged) casino waiting to get caught.

So someone has taken over your account. They lost 7k. What if they were to run it to say 15k? Were you going to come forward and give the money back to BM since your account was compromised? I think not.

You're taking a shot if you would have won 20k you wouldn't have said shit - you lost your money - give up and move on - everyone has seen this hustle before many times and it never works.
