Yup that's true. I can confirm that it also happened to me before after I won over $1,800 with that $25 freeplay. I got angry too because it was not listed anywhere on their site that the max payout would be $250.

Does anyone know if it's true with betdsi if they give you a $25 freeplay the most you can win is $250? They gave me a $25 freeplay, I won $1100. But they'll only pay me $250. I thought I remember reading the rules when they gave it to me and all it said was there was a 3x rollover. In there rule section all it says is you can only win $5,000 off any free play. I asked thru chat if they could show me where it said $250 was the max, they ignored me and never answered.

6 months and still have not been paid. I was told that I "needed to provide my social security number to get paid as they needed to verify my account". I did so and was told it my social security cleared and that that I would be paid middle of December. January 4th and still no payment. Unreal.....

I have not gotten paid yet and I have over a 100k....a was told I had to take bank wires of 25k for payouts...I then took the wire now my bank account is being frozed cuz they say the activity looks suspicious on my account,I can't get another bank do to credit score....they are refusing me bitcoin or ** payouts....I should be able to withdraw my money like every other player....I didn't sign up to have different payout rules then why I signed up for.....the website don't say if you win alot with don't have to let you certain payout method....which they are saying I can't get paid unless I can get a bank account.....I want my mtf money.....Matt answer back why I can't get bank wires instead of asking Brock winter why he not getting the same treatment as every other player

Dealing with offshore books and large transfers we need to be flexible and work with them.

But if they really demanded you take only 25k at a time and are being inflexible too, that is not fair.

If you shoot in an SBR sportsbook complaint form we may be able to help you sort out something with them that is workable.

Speaking from personal experience, Bookmaker will typically restrict daily withdrawals to 25k per day as well. With crypto it shouldn't be a problem, but maybe that guy doesn't have a crypto-enabled account? Not sure how DSI works but my recollection is that Bookmaker and 5Dimes distinguish between crypto and non-crypto accounts.

He says his problem is that they will not allow him to use bitcoin and are insisting he takes 25k each transfer, which he says caused his bank to refuse more transfers after the first one. He wants them to send lower amounts or bitcoin.

Try leupay.eu to get a new bank account. I'm pretty sure they accept US clients. No credit check as far as I know and you get an IBAN number in your name.

I'm guessing you feel 5D is even worse then. Their site is down more than DSI's. 5D has wrongly confiscated more client funds than DSI ever has. Also, payouts at 5D are much more of a hassle than at DSI. Always get my btc withdrawals same day at DSI, and never that quick at 5D. Perhaps 5D should be downgraded as well, but don't see that happening.

Since the post of mine you quoted, payouts aren't same day anymore for me. More like 2-3 days, which isn't horrible. What really concerns though me is the way DSI is severely cutting limits on players immediately after taking a bonus. This plus the confiscations of some large balances makes me leery, especially with football winding down. Right now I have a relatively small balance at DSI and will be pulling that out very soon. No longer bullish on DSI.

Sounds like they are short liquid if they're constantly trying to give 100% deposit bonuses. It sounds like exactly what happened to Full Flush Poker before they went bankrupt. Calling people constantly, trying to get them to deposit, but ended up never covering guarantees and eventually just disappeared. It's either that, or they're trying to get a bunch of crypto deposits at the low, so they could make some money when it's running upward.

Unfortunately, I have a rollover too, which I can't meet now. Guess it's time to file a SBR complaint and hope they can help me just get my $ out of BetDSI.
