Why exactly couldn't you tell the clerk your problem before demanding attention from higher ups? If the guy took a couple shots at them with no other real action having mid level employees continue to waste any time with him while he behaves like an ass was probably enough to justify cutting off business with him.

If you are having any issues with A rated books (books that pay the most money to SBR), SBR will side with the book anyway or make it look like its the players fault.

Pretty much has been my experience the few times I've had a problem.

Yes it sucks to be limited to $5 but SBR won't be able to get that limit raised and the only other option would be to request a pro-rated payout for you. Which as I explained would work out worse for you.

Just take the easy option for yourself and everyone else, then move on to a new book.

OK... just to summarize:

• On 8th October I submit a complaint that has more than enough details for SBR to investigate (account #: XX216008)
• On 10^th October I make another complaint (against a different book) that has screenshots and everything you need to conclude that this is most likely a book committing large scale fraud against their customers (account #: 2493)
• On 13^th October I ask you in PM why there seems to be a delayed response time to complaints. You respond and admit that “there does seem to be a longer delay than usual”. You speculate that it might have to do with storms/holidays in Costa Rica (!) and one of the main dispute analysts having been on holiday (is he still on holiday btw?)
• On 18^th October I reiterate my concern, while also making you aware of my 2^nd complaint from October 10^th. Both complaints it would appear stand completely unattended. You reply that you “will email the admin guy that handles them” and admit they don’t give you much feedback.
• On 25^th October I ask you for an update. You respond that you’re not sure what else you can do for me.

I’m sorry, but this comes across as a complete shambles operation. I’m not blaming you, Optional… but when a moderator like yourself emails his boss directly then I am shocked you’re not being met with a response.

There used to be a time when you submitted complaints to SBR and within just a few days one of these two would happen:

1. They would inform me that an agent had been assigned to my case and that I can expect to hear from him.
2. They would inform me that they don’t believe there is anything they can do for me and that I need to work out the issue on my own.

But for these two complaints there is no feedback at all. Zero. It is unbelievable!

I think you’ll find that about 90% who posted in my thread agreed with me. I’m not sure what you think was “telling” about that chat, but if you have anything more to say about it then kindly FO and do it in the appropriate thread.

This thread is about why SBR are not responding to complaints.

I’m not going to mention the name of the sportsbook in my complaint from October 10^th (account #: 2493), because I don’t need more speculation from posters like yourself. I’d also like to see if an agreement can be reached with the book before I out them.

I want SBR to look at the facts presented in my complaint (screenshots of transactions details and interaction with their customer support), and then tell me what they think. Just tell me something!

As I mentioned yesterday, I know of 3 other people (there’s probably a lot more) who in the past 3 weeks have submitted the same type of complaint against this book (not being paid out, probable exit scam). They too are upset about not being met with a response from SBR. We’re talking fraud well past $100,000 here, yet SBR won’t respond… won’t write anything or even rate them.

If I didn’t know better I’d say SBR have some sort of stake in this book and that’s why they are not responding to the complaints. Otherwise, what would be the point of being silent? What could SBR possibly gain by looking the other way when presented with numerous complaints, detailing how an unrated sportsbook are committing fraud against their customers?

If SBR are not going to pick up the ball and do something then rest assured there are others who will. I have been told by the owner of another site (that looks out for gamblers when they’ve been scammed) that this matter is so grave that they’re using all the connections available to them in order to find out more. It's going to end up being presented to law enforcement.

It would take far less time and effort to do that than argue with live chat and post numerous threads on gambling forums

One being BetDSI - where everyone and their mother wants to lend their opinion. I'm not interested in any more opinions; I'm interested in getting a formal reply to my complaint from SBR.

The other being a (for the time being) unnamed sportsbook trying to scam me for a substantial fee (in addition to others also being scammed large amounts). It's an ongoing scam happening right at this moment and it's just mindboggling that SBR won't reply to the continous complaints lodged against this book. It can only be two reasons for it; 1 - they are not processing complaints, or 2 - they have some sort of stake in this book (as I speculated earlier).

For the moment I ask you to kindly STFU about BetDSI and what you think about the rollover debacle. The real issue here is my complaint # 2, where myself and others are the victims of a scam happening right before our eyes and SBR won't even write about it or grade the sportsbook (to save others from becoming victims of the same scam).

TEK78 - We're here to help you. And we're trying to give you the best advice... naturally you have a right to be upset. You aren't the first poster this has happened to... but surprisingly it's a Grade A+ book. Never heard that before. Other C books... sure... happens all the time.

But Kraken is correct... what other choices do you have? Sucks wagering $5 a game... but... it's all you can do.

If SBR hasn't responded by now... they probably don't believe it's justified for some reason? Optional is a great moderator here... he doesn't handle sportsbook complaints though. Gives great advice though.

A lot of GRADE B & C books use leverage tactics on you after your deposit.... on a high bonus offer. Again... it's very surprising to see DSI do this to you. Apparently, we are entering that era in which we shouldn't even ask for a bonus anymore. It just causes problems.

I admitted I don't handle complaints? Maybe that breakdown in communication is part of the reason why you want to hear from someone else instead of me.

I don't receive them, assess them and allocate them, but I have looked after hundreds of complaints (maybe thousands) as an official SBR rep.

You would not get me for DSI as I usually only handle international books, but what I am telling you is pretty much the same info you would get from any dispute agent here.

Well it's a book that's been active since 2015 and always paid out AFAIK... until recently when myself and others experienced payouts not being processed. We of course contacted their customer support and asked for our money, and they proceeed to tell us that it's on the way. For a long while we believed that and gave them every chance to sort it out. We have been waiting and waiting and waiting. We contact them again and most of us are not even getting a reply from their customer support now. Those of us who do get a response (who coincidentally are the ones threatening to report them) are told the money should be coming any day now. Then 5 days ago someone revealed a new tidbit about what their customer support had been writing to them -- a blatant lie that removed all doubt; proving they are indeed a scam operation.

The fact that SBR have been presented with most of this info from numerous sources makes it all the more baffling that the complaints aren't being handled. If SBR complaint handling is currently out of operation then it's very unprofessional not to tell us.
