That's not the whole story,.. Bitcoin might've imploded/ most people didn't have ways or access to buy bitcoin then... Most would've lost passwords/ keys to their accounts... Try asking someone their Myspace password & username.

Never even heard of bitcoin until 2 years ago. I ask many people to this day if they use bitcoin and many still say they've never heard of it.

True. The only people that use it I think are gamblers and drug dealers. Nobody I know even knows what it is and of course they don't gamble.

Not sure it is true but supposedly a guy bought 100 dollars of bitcoin and stored everything on his hard drive. He lost the computer through the years.

Bitcoin changed my life! I got in at the beginning but also cashed out way to early but still made life changing money so I have no regrets.

I was promoting bitcoin on here when it was trading at $20. Me and one other guy forget who it was. You all called us crazy. I also wrote a 2-page email too all my friends and family on why they should invest in bitcoin. I was broke at the time - just out of college and even asked to borrow money to invest. Nobody invested, nobody listened. Everyone in my circle thinks I'm a genius though and asks me for investment advice.

I also followed bitcoin when you used to be able to get bitcoins for free out of a faucet. Like entire bitcoins. I have some bitcoins laying around somewhere I'm sure of it. I tried to get into my old school e-mail address but my school deleted all my e-mails

That's a tough one, Pharaoh. To call your shot, and no one listened. Being mid-20's and broke, I know the feeling. No real $$ to invest, just getting by.

Tough one, pal. 150x turnover would have been sweet. Even if u had $1000 or $2000 on it.

If u talk to a good investor, I think the advice would be to look forward and not look retrospectively. How much future upside do u see for Bitcoin? Could still go up, man. Might not be too late to get on board. Have to think more people are going to grab onto this technology.
