1xbet blocked my withdrawals with 1187€ in my account
Hello. So for starters I am sorry for my English which can be sometimes incomprehensible .. I'm here to explain the problem I'm currently experiencing with 1xbet. It all started when I deposited 200 euros then after a week I climbed to 1187 euros. I wanted to make a first withdrawal it was refused by telling me "blocked withdrawal". So I contacted the 1xbet support who told me to contact the security department for an audit (which they apparently do to a lot of people). I contacted them and they initially asked me to send a photocopy of my ID. I sent it. Then they asked me to send a screenshot of my Onlinepay account with my transactions. I sent it. Then they asked me to send a proof of residence of the last 3 months. I sent it. Since then, it's going to be 1 week since I sent it I have no concrete answer, just the automatic message "Please take our apologies. You will get the answer after the verification process is completed." I have contacted several services of 1xbet none can give me a concrete answer! I want to get my money back!
I have always been honest with 1xbet I have been home to them for about 2 years and they treat me so ..
I also filed a complaint on your site SportsBookReviews
What should I do ? thank you in advance for your help

A google research before you register at sportsbooks you don't know.

Hope you'll get your money in the end.

What do you consider a solution in dealing with proven scammers?

        You have two options:

        1) You do whatever they demand from you, make skype video calls, send them 150 documents via mail to Russia and then maybe there is a 10% chance of getting paid in the end

        or

        2) You don't do what they demand from you, give up the money but at least you wil have protected your nerves.

At least its only a €200 euro lesson not to use shady books, and if its a €1187 arbing lesson then you should know better already than to use this book.

Hi Romain, Lonnie sounds like he does not care about your problem, but he does understand and really is giving good advice.

I would continue for now supplying what they ask and do not bother trying to contact then constantly. They are very slow, will only send you copy/paste email replies usually and take no notice of players making demands.

If you have submitted a complaint form an SBR agent will make sure 1xbet know we have an interest in your account being treated fairly now too. As sad as it sounds, there isn't really much more that can be done.
            .
