    bwin withdrawl problem
First of all, hello everyone... this is my first message on this wonderful website

I've been a member of bwin.com for years, since 2002 (it was named betandwin), I opened my account with a freebet offer and used 2 more of those bonuses later on but I never won anything with them and when I lost my final bet in 2004 and my account went back to zero I decided to stop betting on that website (so basically those bonuses granted me no money at all, i took no money)

Lately i've changed my mind and decided to deposit 10€ via moneybookers on my old account (which was still active and working), deposit was immediate; despite the fact that the first time i tried to place a bet I had a strange "max win limit of 2.40€" which is ridiculous I managed to place 6 bets (it's strange but the only limited bet was the first one, the others had no troubles at all), losing 2 and winning 4 of them. My account went up to 30.07€ so i decided to withdraw my money (minimum payout is 30€) via moneybookers, so the same method used to make a deposit.

I requested it on may 27th at 22:44 local time (gmt+1) and immediately after I uploaded my ID on their website. I'm still waiting for them to credit my winning, I can see a "5/27/2009 10:44 PM Withdrawal per Money Bookers - 30.00" statement on my account but those money have not been credited yet, I thought it would take them 24hours to handle any withdraw request as they say on the website, so on may 29th 9:34am i sent an email asking why I had not received nor my money nor an email from them but i've received no reply.

Please help me, it's just a small amount of money, the minimum payout... I can't even imagine how they deal with bigger requests...

    Thank You

My recent first withdrawal back to Moneybookers took 4 business days. You've had a total of only 2 business days pass so far so I wouldn't be concerned, they're slow.

the max limit of eur 2.40 probably has something to do with you betting at odds that were heavily bet before you. f.e. bwin sometimes offers insane tennis odds but if you try to bet it, you are only offered a very small amount. so it's nothing personal.
all in all, nothing to worry about.

Ok guys, thanks for the comments. I'll give them this whole week before submitting a complaint then .

It's the first bookmaker that gives me troubles, i guess i will get used to it, so far they do deserve the SBR rating indeed :P

@noyb: yes, it was a tennis match...

thumbs down for them anyways, too bad because the website is one of the best ever

I have very similar problem, I have played some time at bwin and then requested payout (after huge loss) on 31th May, and no money in my MB account so far. I have sent them ID the day payout was requested. It is 10 days now. BTW, Kaesar, have you been you paid by now ?

Just to say, I received my first Moneybookers withdrawal 7 days after. ID was sent 2 days before withdrawal request.
BTW, manage to win 10x of first deposit in 3 days, no restrictions on account, no limits.
                  I think it is OK.

First withdrawal including ID verification takes a lot longer than a normal withdrawal. Normal withdrawals are processed in 48 hours, according to my experience.
