Received word from a player that was part of the recent bonus mess that his first check has arrived today. The player initially requested Moneybookers then settled for checks, he has a second one which was also processed today. It took about 7 business days.

I would recommend all players to steer clear of this book.

I deposited $500 there roughly eight months ago and ran it up to 6K. I have been trying to make withdrawls through various methods there since late April and have not received one cent. All I am getting from them is the runaround and excuses.

I am ready to just write this one off, but I don't want others to make the same mistake I have.

Good luck if you have money locked up with them...

Have you been requesting withdrawal only through Moneybookers?

Please submit a complaint form and I'll contact them on your behalf.

dont you dare give up and write that as a loss... get sbr to help ya and tell them you will go to EVERY sports forum and tell people of their practices

and if u owe money, creditors harass u... i suggest doing it to them!! call them ten times a day and demand whats yours

and at the VERY LEAST--- negotiate a settlement... get half of the 6k and write off the less but dont settle for a dime less than that

Payments from Dimeline

I'm new to this board and am getting a little nervous about what I'm reading. I recently joined Dimeline and so far have had nothing but positive experiences. The customer service has been great and is always very friendly. Also, the website is very user friendly. I had no problem making a deposit and there have been no problems whatsoever when playing in the casino or placing wagers.

However, I have just recently requested my first payout for $2K via regular check. According to the website, it processed within a week of sending in the required verification information. I'm expecting to receive the check by end of next week. I'll let everyone know if I receive it and if the funds clear.

If the payout (and future payouts) is successful, I give them 2 thumbs up as that would complete the full service as being a very positive experience. If the payouts are timely and successful, based on my experience, I would recommend them to other players.

I'll keep you posted.

it should be in your hands aprox 10 days after it says PROCESSED on their website if it goes by the timeline i have been on.

Got my first check for $2000.00 today, ten days from the time the withdrawal was requested, and timeline was as promised. Another should be on the way. I (and my bank account) are glad everything worked out. Thanks to Lou at SBR for his help and encouragement, and to Dimeline for ultimately handling the withdrawal in a professional and timely manner.

I didnt get my second cheque yet, processed 13 days ago.. I went on to livechat and was quoted that it might be stuck at customs and if I dont receive anything till this friday they will wire my money ,, anyone else had this problem?

I got an e-mail last night saying my second check has been sent out. Last one took 8 days to get here.

"We shall see". At least they are trying to stay in touch, this is a good thing.

I was paid 2k - 10 days waiting time, and a second check should be on its way to me, I´m told. There was problems, yes. But they always tried to do the best thing, and now it looks like gamblers are getting paid :-)

Nope. Not here also.. I am been waiting for my check since two months now. They saying they already sent but I still didn't get it. They are making lot of shit up now. well 3 weeks ago they said they gonna wire transfer my money and cancel the check, but still NOTHING is done yet!! I also file a complain here so let's see if they can help me out. I really think someone needs to shutdown this dimelinesports site so other people won't get into this kind of mess. They are just ripping people off, and making some dumb excuses.

I received my first withdrawal and funds cleared. I'm awaiting my second check which I should have any day now.

My experience with Dimeline has been top notch. Customer service is great, website is easy to navigate, deposits and withdrawals have been good.

Well, the good news is they are still open at least. I IM'ed them today, was told "your check was sent on the 24th, but checks have been taking up to 20 days to arrive due to hold ups in customs".

So we shall see......

What do they say about your check and when you are supposed to get it futbol? I am in Canada. Why they would claim that Canadians customs would hold a check "for up to 20 days" beats me.

Well I am in England so i was told my check would take a bit longer. I was originally told 14-17 days. My check was processed of the 13th of June.

I have had to wait up to two months to receive checks in the past from US dollars books.
