What's the best book for placing WPS bets at major US tracks (US-facing books only)? 5 Dimes offers up to 5% rebate with $500/bet limits. Are any reputable places offering more?

None! Stick to US regulated sites such as twinspires and others.

Check out Betonline. I think it's 7% rebate except for NYRA tracks.

      Bookmaker has 8% on exotics.

Disagree. Why not instead play at A Books like 5D that add 10% to your payouts (win and exotics) or Bookmaker that that gives up to 8% rebate on all action.

Looselines is good..fast payouts btc in minutes plus 8% rebates paid daily...I've had days where next day I get 200$/+ rebates add to account....other one I use is heritage but it's only %4 paid out monthly on 1st

I think 8% is only on exotics at BM (3% for WPS bets) -- or are you seeing something different?

You are correct. Some action receives 3% (WPS) and the rest 8%. My point was that you can get up to 8% on all your action at Cris Books (BM, DSI, JB, Galaxy ...), win or lose. If you're strictly a WPS bettor, as I see in your first post, then you'll get just 3% back.

offshore is def way to go as of right now without even figuring in rebates which are way better offshore books...The tax rule right now is the number one reason esp if you play tri's supers, ect., to play offshore instead of US based ADW's. BUT that will soon change as the IRS is in final stage of updating the 300-1 rule to include the cost of the ticket. Example if your Tri box ticket cost $24 you wont have to go it IRS window unless it pays over $7200 once this is passed...This will pump big dollars into the exotic pools like pic 4, 5, 6 and supers as big players can will benefit most
