I have created account in ML718 some months ago and deposited 3,5 k usd and received 100% bonus , after some days after depositing i have read bad comments about ML718 so i went to chat to ask my initial deposit back. (They told me that i am fair punter betting major games and it is ok, and i will be happy and told me that other players breached their rules and some things about it ) They refused and told me that i need to make 10x rollover. OK i understood. So i made 10x rollover cca 75k usd and over 100 bets from which were some on major soccer leagues (which didnt count to rollover) and then majority on NBA, NHL and NCAAB. I will post some photos of it later. After i completed this rollover i asked for withdrawal. They said i need to sent them documents. OK so i have sent them documents. After 5 days of no response i went to chat to ask what is going on. And they told me this.

So as you can see i made i bet on french cup of 500 usd - where they got listed it will be played 2/12 and true date was 3/12. So event was played after and not before i made bet. I didnt know it was bad date. I was betting 10 sometimes 20 bets per day. And they corrected it in one hour. So they even didnt loose the money. Every bookie makes mistake and because of this they want not to pay me 9700 usd that are on my account now! And are asking 30x rollover. Actually they closed my account because i told them that i may contact SBR. Can anyone help ? Someone told me that they got number to them. I will also file a complaint at SBR. As they are saying in chat because of 1 bad line they are refusing to pay me and closed my account. And they corrected line and cancelled my bet in no time.

Yes, it appears the time has come that they are about to run off again with everyone's money.

They make up any excuse, and even tell lies to SBR, to justify adding a 30x rollover on people or not pay.

My guess would be that hardly anyone will see another payout from them now.

Well , they cant justify enough to give me 30x rollover they are telling in chat that because of 1 error line which i didnt know at the time and bet was cancelled like in one hour i wont see my money. I have filled the complaint already. They are not replying on my emails also. On chat they are saying that all communication with me must go through their email.
