I understand your agony nes84, and no apologies needed. But trust me, I can assure you I'm real. I wrote them during this time about 3-4 times and was always very polite etc.(they were too) although I had every reason to blast at em. Actually I kinda lost hope with them, the payout was a big pleasant surprise.
They were explaining that they have a long queue in payout requests, but that can be only talk, I don't know.
Summa summarum, I really got paid 73$ to my moneybookers, and I just hope it will bring some hope to others in my position. I keep fingers crossed for you, as well as to my second withdrawal which was 53$.Comment -

FINALLY, I got paid too, yesterday. Made my withdraw 08.11.2009 480$. I got same email as Lihamylly. It was my first withdraw, and thats true, casineto is delaying payments, but they pay.

So, it seems locigal. I withdrew 2 days before you and got my money 2 days before you. That supports the theory that they only have a huge queue in payouts. But it doesnt explain why Skad, for instance, havent got paid yet allthough he withdrew before me. Have you been rude or anything towards Casineto Skad? They might have the policy/power to drop customers to the bottom on that list. I don't know, just guessing.Comment -

I got paid too . the Withdrawal was requested 22/09/2009, and was processed 05/01/2010, it was USD 858 on a sportbook account. 3,5 months... Nice... At least I was paid, and I will never again try a book under C rating. The letter was the same:
Dear User,
Today (05.01.2010.) your transaction has been processed, so you will get your money within a few days. We apologize for the inconveniences!

Well, as a Hungarian guy, I am always in trouble with the english date formats (we use yyyy-mm-dd here, and at schoo I learned the dd-mm-yyyy as english, which can be wrong of course). So the date of transaction is 5th of January, 2010
