Casineto is currently slow-paying about seven players that we know of, for more than $12,000. Received a complaint this morning that indicated a Moneybookers payout for $2,000 being delayed since June 22nd. Casineto blames "technical problems".

I would suggest players avoid Casineto.

I have filled in the complaint form as well $415 outstanding, $200 of it for over 2 months, maybe one of the bookies should start taking odds on how long it takes for Casineto to fold? - it can't be long now...

Casineto has contacted me indicating that the manager is "abroad" at the moment, explaining why I have not had my calls or emails returned until now. They have claimed that the complaints I have sent them have been resolved or are scheduled to be resolved today. We will see.

I still haven't received my $300 payment from Casineto.

Next week it is going to be 3 months, since I have requested a withdrawal in June. In last email I got from them they promised me that a withdrawal will be processed at the beginning of August.
I have also filled a complaint form 2 weeks ago and got later a respond from Lou that he received it.

The wierd thing is that TRISTUS and realsleeper posted here that they have already received their money, but they waited less time and especially had much much higher balances of several thousand $ together.

Lou (or any other member of SBR crew), I would really appreciate if you could please check with them again what is going on?

I have also been paid by casineto. I requested a payout on the 29th May and contacted SBR on the 19th August and then received payment on the 25th August so cheers to the SBR guys for the help.

After doing that, it said that i need to place a minimum bet (of something, i dont understand what it is). Not sure what you mean. You should be able to withdraw if you don't have any rollover tied to your money.

Did you receive a no deposit bonus or something? In that case it is pretty normal to be asked to make a deposit before you can cash out. I can only guess, but maybe they want you to turn over your deposit once.... ? This would also be pretty standard.

I was in the same situation just a couple of weeks ago. I also made the requested 20$ deposit in order to withdraw my money via Moneybookers. Then I found out that there's no way to transfer money to the sportsbook section from my poker section. I prefer betting in sports

What they want is for you to bet that 20$ in poker tables. It's not 20$ rake they want, thank god, but just to bet 20$ in poker tables. After thet they allow you to withdraw. But that's just a step one, it seems. My withdraw was made in 6.11.2009 and so far I have received only those emails mentioned above(...please be patient, plaa plaa...).

I hope this helped with the question you had.
