I have had 10 cent lines there before.

Now they want to tell me that -118/-112 is what they deal ALL customers and that it is industry standard.

I am not talking about the price, I am talking about the line set.

-105/-125 is a 30 cent line set.
-104/-106 is a 10 cent line set, which is what I once had for 2h's.

Anyways, I got a message from them last night telling me it has been fixed but I won't be able to check if it is until next Thursday.

You've been in the game long enough not even to need to ask the question, so it looks like this is more just a general gripe. Why even bother asking? Take what they're willing to extend you, you obviously think the account is worth having.

They said they changed it back to 20 cents.

It did not happen when I called and talked to them.

It happened after I created this thread.
