These guys are brutal. 2% fee and they say 3-4 days. So the money comes out of my account on Tuesday 8/23, nothing into my wallet by Friday afternoon I chat them up. Big fees and caps is correct, still haven't received my bitcoin payout and they are telling me that I can do a same day em-gee with a $450 limit and a $45 fee. I think their strategy is slow pay and steer towards the big fee payouts. The waiting continues.

sorry to here that buddy, but it sounds about right. withdrawls carry high fees in my experience but payout wise you should get paid pending a little time goes by

For new accounts an initial bonus will be offered but reduced juice and enhanced teaser odds etc will not be available initially. Players will be given the extra perks on a case by case basis.

Thanks Opti. I was speaking with one of their reps at another site, and she made it seem like my account would not get the perks back. But I took your suggestion, and phoned in a request, and they'll have a decision in a few days.
