    Wagerstreet Issue
Last Wednesday I transferred 3k to Wagerstreet from the Greek. I had never played there before. I bet a few of their NHL props and got limited to $20 max bets across the board by Friday night. However, they refuse to cash me out because I haven't completed their rollover. So basically they want me to wager (hence the rollover) yet refuse to allow me to wager (absurd limits). I've been told to contact the manager by CS yet he has failed to respond to an email I sent Saturday morning and was told today by CS that he was out of the office and they did not know when he would be in. So for now I'm stuck rolling over 3k $20 at a time. If I didn't know better, I'd think this was a Euro book.

They did the same exact thing to me -- cut me to $10 and refused to let me cash out without finishing the rollover. I only had about $500 left in rollover so I just put in 50 $10 parlays. Pain in the ass.

Oh, and watch, you will be lowered from $20 to $10 soon.

I was cut from $300 to $100 and now to $10. Luckily I already completed my rollover, so I can pull my funds. In DJ's case, they should charge him some small fee and let him withdraw the rest IMO.

Just got a call from them and they are going to just send my balance back to the Greek, which is a good solution. I assume I'll have a 4x rollover on that at the Greek but that's not a problem at all.

              Good to hear.

Wagerstreet is not a bad choice for the average Joe who might look to bet a hundred or so per game, but some of you sharp forum guys are better off at The Greek.

Good resolution Donjuan. That would have been a tedious nightmare....Obviously things have not changed a bit since I last played at Wagerstreet, which was 4 years ago. In fact, I was actually limited to $0 on many of the wagering options.

Anyway, good to hear it worked out in the end.

I'm seriously considering starting an account with Wagerstreet (I asked about big wagering before, but now I figure I'll start small with low-wager cap books and see how things go). This thread concerns me much. If a book wants to collar me after some time, I understand; I wouldn't want to do business with someone I think I'd lose to in the long run either. Holding your money hostage is bad business, however.

Before I gamble with them, has anyone else experienced this type of bullshit with Wagerstreet, or heard of anyone else? I wanted to bump this thread instead of starting a new one. Thanks in advance.

I used BetAllSports, which is the same as Wagerstreet and had a good positive return there. I emptied my account because the limits were too low for me, but I was never limited there. Their payout was great compared with other sport books, so if you are looking for a nice small all around book, betallsports is a refreshing surprise...

I loved Wagerstreet, but it also seemed that they would not talk to me at all, no matter how many times I emailed, once they cut my limits.

                        G'day All,

I have never really bothered to check the forums, As have enough as is on my plate to get thru each day without finding time to come on here..

However, having scanned thru the Site, have found various issues that were not being sorted for customers, past and present..

Wagerstreet / Betallsports is Owned and Back by thegreek, who also owns and Back Bet Jamaica for those not aware. The 3 books are managed and ran as seperate entities, yet all have the Security that Thegreeks name brings to the industry.

WS/BAS is aimed at the purely recrational Player.. We're not going to cater to Arbitragers or Look to go to war with the Wise Guys and Steam PLayers. If that's the type of player you think you are, then thegreek is where your business will be directed.

We offer some of the Best Bonuses in the Industry, and also Have alot of product that no other sportsbooks that I'm aware of carry. And there isn't a Market or event that I'm not willing to cover if the interest is there.

We currently have a Solid variety of deposit options, and Our Payouts are as quick as anyones that I've played with in the Carib/Latin Aamerican side of the world.

The issue with Limits has been rectified this off season. Up till now, the Line managers had no way to see the bets coming in. So they were playing blind, and therefore the best thing to do was to have small limits to make sure the exposure would never get out of hand. This issue has been sorted out, and our limits are being raised throughout all the Sports.

Should your account been limited in the past, please e-mail me at adam@wagerstreet.com so I can check out your account and see what the issue was for the limit Cuts. As I said previously, we won't cater to customers purely looking to arbitrage or are watching the Don Best Screen and playing the slow moving lines. But I will not kick you to the curb just because you back a winner or 10 if I know your gambling..

I will try and get to any e-mails within 12-24 hrs upon receiving them once I've had a chance to check out your account.

In the coming Weeks Betallsports will be getting a facelift, and we will be having some new and interesting promo offers throughout the football season. As well also being part of the Pick 15 Football contest with BetJamaica and TheGreek.

                        Cheers

                        Adam.

In my case, there wasn't much mystery--I was beating you pretty badly on just about everything. There's no way you'll be interested in putting my limits back up, so not worth the bother.

I've mentioned in a couple of threads from a year or so ago, I think that you are a tremendous book and deserve an A-rating. I totally understand why you kicked me out. The only issue I had at the time was that my limits had been cut to $10 or something and I wasn't sure whether it was a mistake or whether you didn't want my business anymore and I never got a response to my email, so your communication from support could've maybe been a bit better.

Thanks Ortho, happy to take any comments or critcism on board to try and improve things. I'm more a Linemaker and bettor myself, than marketing and Customer Service, So am just trying to get on top of things since taking over the management of both Books.

                            Cheers.

Welcome to SBR forums Adam. It is nice when a representative shows up. Now, I noticed when I was with Betallsports that the limits on the website were incorrect, when I called about it, I was directed to Wagerstreet. Is Betallsports going to have higher limits, for example over $1K in hockey (NHL)? Are they going to be separate from Wagerstreet limits? If you do increase limits, will you post about it at SBR?

Again, welcome to SBR and thank you.
