Heritage live betting locked

someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this is a third party service which is used at other books as well. it's not controlled by Heritage internally.

it definitely has its flaws but its better now than it was months ago. it will never be perfect due to live humans operating it constantly.

The vigorish/juice is outright ridiculous by this third party processor !! People should start complaining and telling heritage and the other books that have this live betting software.

Heritage is the best book around, so this isn't about them it's all books. Using "third party" as an excuse should never be valid. Books can use that for any number of things that go wrong. They can't be blamed for deposits that go wrong because of third party. They can't be blamed for casinos because of third party. If I went to my job and tried explaining an error was because of a third party I would be laughed out of the building. If it's on your site then you are responsible.

agree 100%. - which ever book it is should make the problem right - it also seems if you are doing your business mostly in the US your live betting platform should not look like it is for other places in the rest of the world. having the home team on the left instead of the right sucks( or even better having the home team on the bottom and visiting team on the top). heritage and 5dimes uses this 3rd party live betting platform that shows teams in the opposite backwards location. at least at 5dimes you get a choice of live betting platforms where you can find teams in the correct location. would like to see every book use their own live betting platform. but that's just not going to happen. so at least having live betting available is better than a book not offering it at all.

Offering Braves +2.5 -179 and Pirates -2.5 +116 right now on live betting. Sorry that is just ridiculous and unexcuseable. Heritage should get rid of that 3rd party live betting line service. Completely unfair in certain sports particularly baseball and soccer.
