bet cris sister sites/mirrors?

I haven't used betcris but the site and language look similar in many ways to the bookmaker/betdsi/justbet family.

It's not the CS agent being useless, just a case of a book not wanting customer support giving advice about what relationship they have with other brands that operate in different jurisdictions. They probably have about as much information about the true business setup as you or I have.

As Ace said there is some sort of association with Bookmaker, DSI and Justbet but each has different player management policies and slight differences in odds from time to time. CRIS is the original brand.

No, you can have one account at each of them.

But you will get the same lines from them most of the time. Better to diversify into different books so you can line shop.
