Tipico cancel my winning bet

Tipico cancel my winning bet

Hello guys I'm new on forum,hope I write on right place.Sorry for my poor English
I have one situation with Tipico
I have placed bet on match Haase-Davidenko Davidenko 2.30 75e.Bet is placed 12.2. 6:19pm 2 days before start and odds was correct.Some bookmakers offer 2.50 2.60 but my money was on tipico and I have placed bet there.
Match started 14.2. 7:40 pm
Bet is canceled without any explanation after start of the match 14.2. 7:42pm(they say this but how can I trust them).I have put many bets on Tipico and Always I have become info mail from them but not this time.That is strange.
Why is my bet canceled 2 day after placement without any explanation.
I think this is not fair,how I can know when is my bet really canceled?

First contact their customer support(maybe they have also in your language) and ask them what happened with bet.I have lot of experience with Tipico, and they wont cheat you like that.In their results they graded bet as Davydenko WIN, winning odds 2.20, so if you placed bet two days earlier, everything should be easily resolved.

And I have look for the odds now on other bookmaker.Betfred 2.50 bwin 2.50 pinnacle 2.60 and best one Tipico was 2.40 one day long, next day after placing my bet with 2.30...i have read many things about bad line but I don't see this like that...especially 2 day wait to cancel bet,after start of the match!?

I have received mail from Tipico and cannot believe what I read

Dear Predrag Djordjevic,

Thank you for your e-mail.

"We would like to inform you that we did not cancel your bet 7667*** and that our system worked well.

Therefore the only reason for this cancellation can be a cancellation from customer's side.

Thank you for your understanding."

My English is not good but can someone confirm to me if they tell me I'm cancel the bet!?HOW CAN I DO THAT?I never ever in my life cancel one my bet.I don't know how is that possible at all,and I'm sure this day 14.2.I'm not been online at all.And after start match?This cannot be true,OK 100e profit is not big money for most of you but this is not normal...
Can someone of Tipico users confirm to me how is possible to cancel own match(was after start match!)
I don't wont say this is stilling because to this cause,was no problem with this bookmaker and this must be just some mistake but I'm not cancel my bet,that is just not true.

Match started according to Tipico at 19:42.You can see it in their results.And they have option SELL BET, so customers can sell bet if they want.In your case, your bet was accepted with odd 2.30, and before the match they offered only 2.20 on Davydenko, so it is possible that you clicked that button to sell bet...But it is also possible that their system made mistake.I dont think they purposely cheated you.

When I sell my ticket(never do that and don't know where is this button to sell) my funds will probably raised.But my bet is not sell,bet is canceled and they say I have cancel him.But I'm not and don't know how I can that.
I agree they was always fair with me and placed bet is placed bet.Just one more time was void tennis match due retire one of players and that was correct with rules.

Ok time of cancel bet is 12.02,I have wrong see start of match
But this"Therefore, this bet has not been cancelled by us." is not correct.
Tipico is cancel my bet without any reason and not inform me like every time when my bet is win,lost or void.

Now it is clearer to me, I was like WTF? how can player cancel bet two days after placing it.Now it seems more like that you made mistake.Probably you accidently press cancel button.Either way, you should notice(you had plenty of time) that bet is cancelled, and place a new. And you can sell ticket for the same stake amount if odd didnt drop enough.But you didnt sell ticket, it was cancelled 8 minutes after placement.Case closed for me.Regards

Like I say,was never problem with tipico.One time placed bet was always standing bet.
On my account was 86e,and after placement 11.I have NOT accidently press cancel button.When you make this than your account will not have -75e.
And when you press cancel button,than you have no placed bet and cannot be on "my bets" page,try it.

The most recent betting slip can be cancelled within 10 minutes from placing bet, as long as none of the chosen events has not started yet. The cancellation can be made online under "My bets". Cancellation via e-mail, post, fax, telephone is not possible. Live- bets cannot be cancelled.

Ok I have placed on Leverkusen-Augsburg match 1e home win and I would to cancel it.Ticket is 8201548 Now I'm looking in to "my bets" bet and don't see any option where I can cancel this placed bet.
On more time,I have not cancel my bet on Davidenko and I don't see how is that possible to do.

I have limited on 50e after first bet!

So at least I have confirmation that I have not cancel my bet(that is impossible for everyone on Tipico to do),Tipico have changed story and say

Like I say before I don't see what is wrong with my bet.Odds was 2,30 next whole day they offer 2.40,in bwin 2.50...
I liked Tipico because I know that placed bet is placed but this change everything...

i know my bet was 100% regular and was no any reason to cancel it.And without any information on my mail that is just not fair.
Like I say Tipico was always correct to me and I will to continue bet on them,but with much more cautions now.

Good news for you.They were super correct, I mean they cancel your bet 8 minutes after placing it, you had 2 days before start of the match to notice that...Surely You wouldnt complain if Davy lost.

I was no loged on Tipico in next days,why I should be,no funds there...8 minutes...should I stay on Tipico or any other bookmaker 10 minutes to see is my bet accepted?Bet was accepted with normal market odds and I have logout and 2 days ago I have see that my bet is canceled.What is my mistake here?
When you go in local betshop do you look into your ticket every hour to see that your bet standing?
They are "super correct" to 5 times tell me that I have canceled bet and then change own story?I don't think so.

Most books cancel bet without informing you, Bwin often after the match.If I could get money after every canceled bet which I wasnt informed via mail...Be thankful.Regards

I don't have account on bwin but I use more or less 10 online bookies and never ever one cancel one my bet without any reason and try to lie for a reason of cancellation.When this become a standard than is no point to betting anymore.Accepted bet must be accepted or what they pay for they stuff?
Bookmakers cannot do what they wont,that is illegal.

Pinnacle example.Last week.So should I complain now after the match was finished?I also didnt get notification through mail.They only wrote in bet history it was incorrect price, and yes, it was.But they are known for dictating basketball margins...But no, this was not worth for filling complain.

Tipico was in slight arbitrage situation when you placed the bet.And as every book, their customer support dont have clue about anything, so they misinformed you in first mail, and tried to cover it in next mails.Guilty there.

But yes, I agree with you completely.For every cancelled bet you should get mail notification providing good reason for cancellation.

Tipico is still relatively good book... but as always, it is difficult to work your way through incompetent CS, who probably send you a reply with one click via list of pre-prepared answers.
