I play at three books: BetDSI, Heritage and Bookmaker. In the past week I requested bitcoin withdrawls from all three. Betdsi took 4 hours, heritage 5 hours, but for bookmaker it is going on 50 hours and nothing. All they say is it is pending approval. What is going on? Usually I love all three books, but something like this will make me go down to two books.

Not the first withdrawl and yes I've deposited via bitcoin before. That is what doesn't make sense. I'd understand a delay if it was the first time.Comment -
