I closed my account with them wanted to take a break so in November asked to have my account reopened sent all the required stuff letter by email stating I wanted back in am told my account would be open nothing happens. so I forget about it come back in December same thing am told got your letter account will be opened in 24-48 hours nothing happens again. again I come back in janurary I send info third time again am told 24-48 hours you account will be opened nothing so this time I ask for manager Jonathon grant is his name I explain its been three months that I'm being told my account would be open and nothing happens I tell him ill send him the email for the past three months. he tells me that any account cant be open without him okaying it so I tell him were you aware of my last three email in the past three months he says no. so I asked why weren't you made aware I tell him I ll show you proof my request were ignored he says must have been oversight ill open it now I say okay are you going to get a freeplay for the three months I waited he say no ill handle it internally. I said so you admit you guys f up and you not going to grant me anything for a three month wait he said my apologies ill handle this internally lol we all know he did nothing unbelievable .

#2not only that I offered to show him the emails for the past three months and the person who on each occasion told me my account would be opened again alyssa bailey is her name. he says ill investigate I said okay ill send you the emails he say not needed he will handle it internally . reall no freeplay for waiting three months after I provided the correct letters sent emails and nothing was done. really f up by them not to give me anything for a three month wait over something which should have took less then 24 hoursComment -

It probably was slackness that saw your requests not fulfilled but as far as the freeplay, it's not a good look giving a player who has closed their own account a freeplay or any incentive to gamble again. If they were UK or Australian regulated it would be a huge no-no under those laws for example..Comment -

#8no opti I'm good I just feel that the management there is horrible and disrespectful. as far as the freeplay I was told my account would be open on three different occasions it didn't happen. the manager there himself said it was there fault I was more then patient never even reported the first two times kept the emails though. people always act like I'm trying to get a free bet please opti ill be more then happy to show you my account activity for several books where I deposit on avg 300 per month . so its about the principal not me getting freeplays. but yeah three months sending letters emails yes I think I deserved a some sort of freeplay. this manager actually told me ig I give you a freeplay I might as well turn in my badge I wont be able to feed my family lol. I told him do you realize ive been helping your family eat every single month for the last 4 years at your other book sportsbetting .ag he had no reponseComment -

#11and yes this manager is also manager at sportsbetting .ag so he knows who I am as I spend 300-400 monthly at his book so he should know I'm not a freeloader but he told me that me betting at his other book has nothing to do with betonline,ag. so I said good so the fact is he the manager knows it happened offered him to see the emails of the three straight months it happened he refused said handle internally and didn't do squat said he would investigate he did nothing. books have to be held accountable for they service as they hold us accountable just like they hold us.Comment -
