I asked on chat before hand if I can get there 50% christmas bonus, they respond yes you can. So I make a deposit right then and there. After money in account I ask them to credit then they say the system doesn't allow them to add the bonus. Then the lady tries to say human error. No way they think im letting that slide. What can be done here? I made the full $200 deposit to get this bonus of $100, I would never have even made the deposit to begin with if they just said right then no you cant get it.
I know they lowered my bet limits like 6 months ago when I was playing here but I never knew I couldn't get a bonus, im even a loser here, lost like 15 deposits in a row then I won once and got paid then they do all this. What a cheep book if u ask me.......
