1XBet Sportsbook (SBR rating D) has commented on the wagering dispute submitted by a player concerning the settlement of three women's NCAA Basketball wagers.

The online sportsbook reviewed each of the wagering tickets that the player claimed were not graded properly, and claimed that the player was mistaken.

The player only has access to his bet ticket IDs, and did not save a screen capture of his wagers. His recollection of the settlement of the wagers did not apply to the actual game scores.

This sportsbook complaint is considered closed.

I did not handle this case Caip34000. You need to talk to the agent that did help you about specifics... but honestly that news report seems pretty clear.

You quoted results that did not match the bets you were complaining about and after re-checking the bet IDs 1xbet say the grading was correct. It kind of sounds like you made an error thinking you had bet something at 1xbet that you maybe bet elsewhere or something like that?

I know this is the 2nd time you have asked SBR for help and we have not been successful but it's not anyone being anti-French or not wanting to help you.

Email the agent if you are still unhappy but as I said, even if I was handling this I can't think what I would do next for you either. It sounds pretty open and shut.

That agent is away for a few days.

I've chased up a 1xbet manager who said he would have it looked at again for us. I'll let you know as soon as he comes back to me. They can take a few days sometimes but they do reply to everything.

Nothing back from him yet Caip.

They can be a bit slow as I spoke to a manager who has to go find all the info from other people and i expect holiday period is affecting that.
