I want to make a complain against 94dakika.com a bookmaker which is licensed and authorized by the Government of Curacao (formerly the Netherlands Antilles) and operates under the License of Gaming Services Provider, NV. #365/JAZ.

I have an account with this bookmaker and now when I have asked for the withdrawals they are refusing to process them.
I sent them copies of my id card, recent invoice and print screens from my neteller account from which I made the deposit. I requested the withdrawals 2 weeks ago.

My balance is close to 16,000 euro.
They are not replying to my emails and they close the chat window when I contact them.

If you are following the picks from bettingresource, only bet at pinnaclesports. if pinnaclesports is not available then use betcris/bookmaker and 5 dimes. all the other books will kick you out...even well known boooks like bet365 that has good rating will give you a $1 limit or kick you out. The update I received today from Curacao Gaming Licensing (the the manager from Maslin Properties Ltd has told them they paid me which is a big lie, so I asked them to request from Maslin Properties/ 90dakika the print screens of the transactions):

"We have contacted the licensee to try and obtain more information concerning your complaint. At the time of your email to us we had suspended their sub-license due to ongoing issues with this client.

We were informed by the Manager at Maslin that all your deposits had been refunded?

In Curacao the license is issued by one of the Master License Holders and there are several on island. We have put all their URL's under suspension which means they are now operating without a valid internet gaming license. We are in the process of working with the software companies that supply their games to try and get things sorted.

They have not refunded me the deposits but they tried to lie the Gambling Commission by saying that they did refund the deposits. I sent them the print screens with all the deposits and the confirmation from neteller that they did not pay me.

Just a thought, but this site is powered by Betconstruct. I seem to remember something similar with bet-52 a while back. Bet52 didn't pay clients, but those that contacted Betconstruct got their payout through them. The very simple point is, if your premise is to avoid any gambling websites where the regulator of that gambling website is "not providing any kind of consumer protection and are covering the frauds run by their clients to whom they are providing a sub-license", then you shouldn't register and bet with any gambling website anywhere in the world, as every gambling regulator in the world applies to that category of complete and utter uselessness, no consumer protection and the covering up of scams.

You are extremely naive about this industry to expect any regulator to provide any consumer protection whatsoever against scam companies. Whether it's the "gold standard of regulators" the UK Gambling Commission, or whether it is Curacao, you need to learn, realise and accept that you will get absolutely no help or protection from any gambling regulator in the world.

All every gambling regulator in the world is there to do is to make all of it look official and collect the tax, that's it. They aren't in it to protect customers or anything whatsoever of that nature, and the sooner you learn that, the sooner you'll get smarter about this industry and have a better chance of avoiding scam gambling companies in the future.

For example, even the "gold standard of regulators", the UK Gambling Commission, are utterly useless at protecting customers from scam companies. By the time they revoke the licence or whatever of a scam company, it's always already way too late by then as by that time the scam company has already ran off never to be seen again, and the UK Gambling Commission do absolutely nothing to prevent these companies dissolving and leaving customers scammed and out of pocket.

The latest debacle with the UK Gambling Commission is Smart Live Gaming. From what I've heard about many individual people being routinely owed £10k-£30k each, Smart Live Gaming closing down and looking to be soon dissolving the company, running off and not paying any customers, they must be leaving customers millions of pounds out of pocket in total. And what have the UK Gambling Commission done about it? By all accounts, absolutely nothing whatsoever. They have just washed their hands of it, said it's nothing to do with them, and are moving onto the next inevitable car crash scam company that they have on their books. This same merry-go-round with scam companies has happened with the UK Gambling Commission countless times over the last few years, and absolutely nothing whatsoever has been done about it each and every time customers get scammed out of millions of pounds. The UK Gambling Commission are an utterly despicable and useless organisation that do absolutely nothing to protect customers. So when that is the "gold standard of regulators", and then you see that the rest of the regulators are actually even worse than that pile of complete crap, then you should start to see how extremely naive you are being in expecting any help or protection whatsoever from any gambling regulator in the world.

What has happened with the UK system is pathetic though. As you say they are supposed to be the gold standard but it is one jurisdiction where I have no confidence a player will be looked after just because they are right if a regulator is needed.

I never said that you said all bookmaker frauds are in Curacao. But you saying "you should avoid all the websites licensed by Curacao eGaming" is simply an utterly lazy approach to bookmaker researching. Wherever the bookmaker is licenced, you need to go through the same thorough process of researching the bookmaker and make a decision as to whether you think they are reputable or not. It doesn't matter if they are licenced in Curacao or anywhere else, never have any sort of blanket approach that you won't register with any site from Curacao and that you are fine with any sites from any other particular regulators or anything like that. It simply doesn't work that way. There are scams that are licenced all around the world, so you need to do the same process of researching wherever the bookmaker is licenced.

That is good research you have done in your previous post, but it is way too late now, as you are now in a complete mess having already registered, deposited and got €16k stuck in there. Finding out the guy behind the operation allegedly has a criminal record and has allegedly previously been involved in gambling scams is all well and good, but it's useless information now, as with the stage you're at now, if you're going to get scammed, then you're going to get scammed, and there's nothing you can do about it, the only way you could have done something about it is to do this research beforehand.

You needed to have done all of this research before you registered and deposited with them, not after, as if you had done this research before, I'm sure you wouldn't have gone near them. So nice try with the research, but you've got it completely the wrong way round, the research needs to be done before you get scammed, not after.

So the very expensive lesson you will need to learn from this is, do your full and proper research on a bookmaker before registering and depositing with them, not after, and that way you have a much better chance of avoiding a scam like this. Doing it the way round you've done it is asking to get scammed.

If he has convictions for criminal behaviour Companies House and the Metropolitan Police might like to hear about those details, especially if he's running a business on a suspended licence. Such details might affect his UK residency status.

Then again with 10 former directorships behind him there might well be a lot of people after him.

According to Public Prosecutor Office in Curacao, the remote sport betting activity from Curacao is not regulated currently and there is no authority to monitor the activity of the entities that allow various website to operate under their master license. They mentioned this in the letter they sent me in response to the complaint I submitted.

If you see a gambling platform/website which shows the license number 1668/JAZ you should not open an account and deposit money…you will not see those money again.
