    12/01 12:11:09 PM #513 TORONTO 198½

I made a bet of over 197 -110 for $2k at BetCRIS for the Toronto Atlanta game tomorrow. Automove kicked in to -126. Trader moved price back to 197 I bet again for another $2k. Automove kicked in to -126. Trader now moves to 198.5.

    duplicate bet deleted 513 o 197

I called BetCRIS told them this was total bs. Wanted the bet reinstated. Clerk spoke to trader told me I had violated the limits for the game and the second bet does not stand. I am a longtime customer and would rather settle disputes over the phone than publicly on the forums. They have absolutely no right to cancel this bet.

    Thoughts?

I'm guessing this was an error / glitch, which means your 2nd bet was on an incorrect line
and considered duplicate since you have just made the same bet a few seconds earlier.

Bookies have the right to cancel bets on incorrect lines, duplicates, etc.

The situation described seems flimsy. Sometimes the line moves to a different line and sometimes it doesn't and both happen commonly, though not normally on an opener like that. This type of cancellation has never happened to me and I do their nba openers.

aylos84 - they have no case to cancel your confirmed wager in that situation. another case of so called A+ books making up rules that suit them and not the players and not following industry standard rules. post up players at a disadvantage as it is sending in all the money first.

The max limit on an NBA total opener is 2k. The software should have given you a message that states you're over the max limit. Probably a software glitch of some sort.

Try i think you are slightly wrong here." A" books make decisions to cancel a bet instantly whether correct or not (some decisions are close and have to be made fast), however less than "A" books wait til the game goes final and then decide how to handle the wager.
