B365 - No time frame to verify my documents...

Hello,

Im seeking help because bet365 asked me to hold a picture with my ID which I already sent them. I went on Live Chat and the guy said there is no time frame, but I mean how much will this take? A year? Also the guy closed the chat on my face when I asked justification on why they suspended my account.

I also had my account KYC verified before they asked me these type of documents.

Ive made roughly 800€ profit on american sports / tennis.

I am asking the help of SBR to solve this sittuation, because it seems that they are trying to take as long as they can

Good luck, bocajunior. I studied 365 for several days and eventually decided against it. The relation to (limited) profits and hassle makes it a waste of time.

Everyone has to complete KYC. It is normal. If they want you to send a selfie pic with the ID next to your face then some doubt exists about your identity or docs.

If you want to argue with them about what documents you will or wont send nobody can help you.

If you want SBR to get some sort of guarantee about a time frame, that can't be done. The process takes as long as it takes. Usually a day or two. Sometimes a week or two. Rarely longer.

bet365 is A+ on SBR rating is a joke. A big site that selective choose their customer base shouldn't be rate this high. The only credit I give them is they let me cashout 5g after over 1½ week of delay, than recently very quick $150 cash out take less than 2 days.

So far I have not heard bet365 confiscate fund, so op you should be pretty safe if you didn't do anything shady like post bet. gl.

Thanks for the help. The thing is that I've done one withdrawal of 700€ in the week before and had KYC verified, thats what I friend strange when they ask me after having cashed out already. Anyways Ill wait.

They should not take too long and most of the time you will still be verified after they manually look at your account like this.

I know it feels bad having to go through this but if you know you haven't done anything dodgy try not to worry.

Bet365 is treating people from XXX like trash. i have about 2000 euros blocked and they make me send them my ID, bank statement, moneybookers screenshot and so on and they even want a picture of me with my ID in my hand. AND THAT IS WITH A VERIFIED ACCOUNT I HAVE BEEN USING FOR YEARS. this account has been verified once with ID and PVC, and now they make me do that. and for bonus hunting and arbitrage they are really bad, they have a pretty good system which is hard to trick. But lately they are pure trash with those KYC procedures. I have been waiting for a PVC letter for about 3 months. so if you want to be serious about betting go with asian bookies and pinnacle.
