    Superlenny - scammers please avoid!!!!!
Please avoid Superlenny Sportsbook/Casino - my experience with them indicates thay are a SCAM.
I opened an account with a £40 Deposit - placed a few bets and ended up with a £200 balance so
i requested a withdrawal.I heard nothing for weeks and then sent the normal ID docs off-still no
    payout-after 2 weeks i finally got a response - they wanted to do a telephone verification-they
then took a further 2 weeks lying saying they had tried to ring-they hadnt as my phone records
    prove.
Finally i got a call and was assured the withdrawal would be paid out as a matter of urgency.
The next day i received £40.After chasing the balance for a Week i was finally informed by MGA
the regulatory body that i had failed the telephone verification due to "fraudulent activity" - i was
distraught as they refused to pay the £160 balance.
After 15 emails requesting how on earth i failed the telephone verification - i have received nothing.
Please be warned - Avoid this Book like the plague as if they can confiscate £160 without giving a
reason what do you think they will do with any large Casino Payouts.
What i find particulary bemusing is that i have not received any communication from Superlenny
Sportsbook i was informed by MGA Regulatory Body-it makes one wonder if the two are working
    together and in cahoots.
    Regards
    Leanne

What questions did they ask and how did you answer them?

Were you able to tell them what your last few bets were?

Your last deposit amount? your deposit method?

As a woman (if Leanne means you are female?) you probably are under more scrutiny at many books. Have you had any issue like this before?

They just asked the normal questions which was not a problem.
I couldnt tell them about my bets as the account had been locked for over 3 weeks as they
kept promising to validate it how can i be expected to remember what bets i had placed?
The guy said that was understandable and led me to believe i had passed verification.
They said they had confiscated the winnings and returned my deposit.
Its a matter of principal both superlenny and the regulatory body refuse to give me any reasons
why they say they suspected fraudulent activity so confiscated the £160.
I just want a valid reason for them taking this action.

Honestly, if the regulator has already looked at it and made a ruling, it will be tough to get them to talk about changing their decision but you are welcome to fill in a complaint form and we can have a try http://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/
