Unless they have some strange rule I have never heard of, 1 goal is added to regular time score for the total in NHL games. Other leagues have different rules.

This should not be a big problem. Find their rules and send an email if it is graded incorrectly.

- Finland SM Liga, KHL, Swedish Hockey League moneyline, puck line, handicap line game totals and outright markets.

Then it will almost for certain be 1 goal for the total if NHL, no matter how many shoot out goals were scored.

Seems like a pretty thin set of rules for a big book!

no need for clarification, NHL rules state shootout equals a 1 goal victory to the winner

2-2 going in with u5.5 is a guaranteed winner winner, chicken dinner

I loss the bet and they said it went over 5.5 goals for the game . and had a huge argument on chat with them , sent the complain already ... IS WAS BET365 anyways

Bet365 rules

include overtime/shootouts unless otherwise stated. In the event of a game being decided by a penalty shootout, then one goal will be added to the winning team's score and the game total for settlement purposes. This does not apply to markets that exclude overtime/shootouts if played.
