    Hello , can anybody help me... I have a problem with skrill... I was sending money many times and everything will alright ... but one time I want to send money and I couldnt send them ... it says :we're unable to perfom the transaction.Please get in touch with us... I send them en email couple of time but they just answer me "We have received your inquiry and your case number is (#033..)" and thats it ... there is no other mail , there is no nothing... can someone help me please... p.s. SORRY on my bed english

          It is faster than email with them. They have a live chat too but if written English is poor then phone is the best way I think.

                  I send them email 6.10.2015 but there is still no answer... then I send them another 2 email... but answer always is your problem is case number 424224 and thats it

                    If, for any reason, they suspect you of money-laundering etc. and have filed a suspicious transaction report on you, then they are precluded by law from giving you any information.

                    Are you totally legit?
                    Have you 'phoned them? Why not?
