Hello everyone, i'm really not happy to have to post here bure i have to tell my story to prevent others to live the same thing.

I registered on 1xbet and depose small amounts. I lost some of my deposits but made small withdraw to test the website cause i was aware that it has been reported as a scam here.

I was paid for those small amounts.

But after i won like 700€ and there, no withdraw was possible and the CC gave me bullshit reason to explain the situation.

Now i made a complaint to SBR and wait to see what happened but i'm so disgust by that so please dont play on that website cause they just dont pay if you win and that's a problem.

Really i'm not a big gambler and i don't have a lot of money so this was a lot to me and right now it's a very bad time from me.

This player did not tell the truth here.


What actually happened was that during the KYC process 1xbet sent an SMS message to be confirmed. When the player did not receive this 1xbet spent a couple of days going back and forth with both the player and his phone carrier to resolve the problem for him.

1xbet have an email from the player confirming this was fixed and thanking them for going out of their way to help solve it.

The player then bet his balance away.

The player then approached 1xbet saying that even though he had been pad birthday bonus before, they actually had his birthdate wrong so the should give him another now on the correct date. Which they did. He contacted CS and tried the same thing again and they have again given him a third birthday bonus, just to get him to leave them alone mostly.

Then the player started demanding they owe him the balance he had gambled away because they had not approved his KYC fast enough.

1xbet passed on copies of threats to kill himself if they did not comply as well abusing at least one very young woman staff member until she was in tears.

When the player was requested to give the SBR agent the entire story and truth the player continued to lie.

1xbet appear to have not only done the right thing by this player but have gone out of their way to placate and help him.




Closing this thread as it is an unfair smear and there is enough genuine cases against 1xbet to deal with without lies like this one.
