Hi,

I was never a regular user of 3Bwin, but I do had an account there and wanted to check for some odds there some time ago and found out 3Bwin had closed its operations. The blank site that came up mentioned an email-adress so I mailed there for more info on my account. I got an answer within an hour asking for my username so they could check my balance. I answered that mail but no reply has come since, not on two mails I sent afterwards (since not getting any reply) too. The 3bwin site now links to some 5star, but I don't think that's means anything for me.

I don't know how much was left on my account (can be 0 or a couple 100 euros), what should I do now?

I guess not, otherwise I would have tried that.

At the time I just entered www.3bwin.com and a short text message came up stating they weren't active anymore and an e-mail address to contact them. This is the conversation I had with them via e-mail:

Hi,

I just noticed 3bwin is closed. What happens to the funds I had left on my account?

All of the above were sent/received on the 23rd of March, but after that first reply I received no further reply from them.

On the 27th of March and the 3rd of April I sent them some reminders:
