Hello all. I have account at Mansion88 msports. I made a bet on a match of NBA Boston - Miami 26 of March, first half Miami (0) 2.724 500$ №200370029. Bet has been made for more than 9 hours before the match in 25 Mar 2015 at 22:09 (GMT+8). I live in Belarus (GMT+3) and this match started late at night. When I was going to sleep rate was active. My bet was to win, but looking at the history of the morning saw the cancellation due to the wrong handicap. In the history of bets you can see that the handicap and coefficient were correct at the time of the rate.
I opened the dispute in SBR and received the answer:
It turns out that the rate was active for more than seven hours, and only then did cancellation when I went to bed. At the time of cancellation handicap was supposed to be +2.5, but not at the time the bet. Especially that handicap had to be more.
I believe that the bookmaker unfair cancellation made my bet what you think about this?

If you agree with what they say below, that the bet was actually cancelled 71 mins before the match started, then I am afraid we don't really have much room for further argument with them.

In line with the bet ticket ID: 200370029, upon carefully reviewing and further investigation, member placed bet : 25 Mar 2015 22:09 and our Trading Department cancelled the bet : 26 Mar 2015 06:14 and we posted the announcement : 26 Mar 06:19 while the match started : 26 Mar 7:30. Therefore, the match hasn't started yet when we cancelled his bet. And as per our Relevant Team, we have posted the announcement 5 minutes after we have cancelled the bet.

Basketball: Due to incorrect Handicap (0) has been offered, on match between Boston Celtics vs Miami Heat [NBA BASKETBALL], with bet ID 200369882, 200370029 and 200374548 are rendered VOID. The correct Handicap should be (2.5). We apologize for the inconvenience caused. Thank You!
