There currently are not plans to process deposits or withdrawals on the weekends. We are going to display our processing days and times more prominently on the site and in the emails we provide to avoid confusion and any frustration.

There has been no change with MB. Gold-Pay up to now has not been a payout option for MB. With regard to receiving a payout without using Gold-Pay as a deposit that is dependent on the merchant and their policies.

If a matchbook customer uses Gold-pay to fund his/her matchbook account, is the customer still free to withdraw from his/her same matchbook account via "courier check" option or is he/she somehow required to withdraw only using the Gold-pay service?

I deposited two or three times to matchbook (MB) by using Gold-pay (GP). and have never withdraw to GP from MB, and no check either. but I do several times "Book to Book" Transfer to other sportsbooks (5dimes, betjamaica. thegreek.ect...); Don't know if they allow you to withdraw by check or not.

I just used Gold-pay for the first time today. The site looks shady, and I was a little weirded out when they requested I send a Moneygram to Maria Conchita Alonzo Ramon Gonzalez in Costa Rica. But after live-chatting with Matchbook about it I decided to give it a shot. The live-chat at ******* worked well too. My only gripe is that I "lost" a few dollars in gold prices in the 5 minutes it took me to transfer from gold-pay to matchbook and I wasn't able to transfer a nice even amount.

In the end, it worked, and I can't argue with that.

No you can't. U need to have made a deposit via gp to mb, before you can do a mb to gp withdrawl.

Gold Pay sucks. WHy pay 6-10$ to send it via Money Gram or Western Union, then having to pay up a % for the ammount you deposit. I deposited $100 and ended up with $90 in my GP account. Then have Matchbook charge me ANOTHER % for comission fees. I would mush rather get a ******** card. Pay $5 to reload each time. Then deposit, this is a much cheaper way to deposit at Matchbook or at any other book. Points would be great thanks.

XOOM is person to person transfer service just like Western Union and MoneyGram. The difference is that XOOM has no agent locations in the U.S., everything is done online. XOOM accepts ****, **********, Discover, PayPal, and checking account as methods to fund transfers. You will receive a receiver name and information to make the transfer from Gold-Pay and then when the funds are received your account will be credited.

Reload you card for a flat fee of $5. Then go to your favorite book, deposit and there you go. No point of depositing via gold pay its too much of a time consuming thing and the fees are whack! NO. WHen you order your ******** card from their website, You get your prepaid card in the mail. Your card is also its onw bank account. When you log in you can see your bank name, Bank account, and routing number all provided to you by ********. Each card is its own seperate account. This is great because other prepaid cards are just that a crad but your ******** card is its own bank account. You can deposit money from Paypal to your ******** via bankr withdrawal. IDK. Usually I ask for **/** money transfers because they are the quickest method. But a Bank Wire to your ******** will all depend on how fast YOUR book works.
