I set up an account with Diamond sportsbook about 2 weeks ago for their March Madness promotion and made a small deposit. I have active sportsbooks at the Greek, 5Dimes, and WSEX.
After two weeks, I turned a small profit and requested my first payout last night. I deposited the funds via EW. There was a small amount of confusion about how to go about receiving the payout at first; however, after speaking with several representatives, we were able to clear up the confusion and everything worked out. I will be going with the western union method. I will update this post when I receive the funds.
I must say that this book is refreshing for the following reasons:
1.) The customer service reps are absolutely terrific. They speak clear english and are very polite. I do not feel like I am hasseling them when I call, unlike several other books. They explained everything to me in a clear manner and remained very curtious.
2.) The bonus program is not confusing and remains upfront. I was told I would have a 5x rollover on my opening deposit, and that is exactly what it meant. No gimmicks.
3.) They offer lines not available at other books. I love Futbol Brasil and I can bet on Gaucho, Mineiro, and Paulista soccer. I have never seen these lines at my other books.
4.) I like the design of the site. It is easy to navigate and make bets quickly and easily.
5.) Every wager I have placed has been graded within 20 minutes of the event being concluded. This is amazing seeing that I waited 8 hours last Thursday at a different book to have a soccer wager graded.
Those are a few things I have found excellent with this book. I will wait until my withdrawal has been concluded and I receive the funds before I transfer the majority of my money into this book or fully refer friends and players; however, so far, it looks like a champion. I will keep my account at 5dimes loaded for the reduced juice option which I like; however, I think most of my other money will be wagered at Diamond in the future.
