    I'm concerned! Have a problem
I was wondering if any of you had made the mistakes like I did. I had made a deposit of $2500, and my bank account came out short with $500 and got returned back with NSF. My account at "Intertops" became frozen, so I called and the manager mentioned it was frozen because of the NSF. I told her I had no problem paying for it and if I wired her the $2500 will my account be reinstated, and she said yes. My question is, am I going to receive my current balance of $3650, since I had won some money during that time. I am afraid if I pay the $2500, they might not honor my $3650 balance. What do you guys suggest me to do? Any suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks!

Well, I would ask them that first off...

I wouldn't be suprised if they said no since you didn't actually have money in the account to make those bets, but you might be able to sweet talk them into it if you play your cards right.

I'd have to agree with that statement Magnet, better inform yourself before making the next move.

Hmmm... as kdawgy says... they might not honor the bets since you did not have the full balance available man... this could also bring you some trouble when it comes to fraud evidence... but please do contact them first

Thanks for your suggestions. They responded back to my email quick. In the email they said, "Once the sum has been settled then your account will be passed on to our Risk Management Department for review. This situation should not hamper your account for future withdrawals and deposits." Should I take their word for it?

I would be surprised if they gave you back your old balance.

Mistakes like this shouldn't happen. If I was the book I wouldn't give you your old balance either. So many people try to freeroll the books this way, what is going to convince the book you weren't just another person taking a shot?

FISH, sometimes people make honest mistakes. If the player had a history, then of course he should be back to square 1.

I'm sure the risk dept. will only give you what you send (2500)

But it might be worth taking a shot, since you will not lose any money you might send!

well, there was a similar story with 5dimes and player losing the money he did not have and they forced/intimidated him to pay and everybody here was telling the losing player to pay. what is the industry standard here? it cannot be bothways for bookies.

Thank you, I appreciate your comment. Well, I heard from them right away. I love their customer service, they are so prompt with their response. Yes, it was an honest mistake and I have been with them for awhile, having all my deposits go through until this time. By the look of the email, I see that only one of the deposit of $1000 came back as NSF, the other one of $1500 never came back. The email read:

Thank you for your prompt response.

Kindly note that your current balance is $2649.98 and not $3650. Therefore, once the unsettled charge is handled then your account balance will remain as is.

Should you have any further questions do not hesitate to contact us.
