Im going to assume you have not had many freeplays push as Im fairly certain that applies to most shops.

Plus honestly, you never bet freeplays on things that can push. Parlays, or underdog money line winners. Betting straight up at -110 takes a lot of the value out of the freeplay.

It would have made no difference even if they had marked it as a win, since there are no winnings when there is a push. The free bet stake is never returned, regardless of the bet type.

That is standard. Pushed free play is a loss. No Actioned free play usually you get back.

Specifically states in their General Freeplay Rules that ties lose. Standard at most books. Bookmaker is a top tier book.

Freeplay pushes have NEVER been counted as anything but a loss. I've been betting online as long as paypal has existed and you could use them in the U.S. to deposit offshore and that's how freeplays have always worked.

I usually like to take guaranteed money. I find a soccer bet and take all sides: Team A, Team B and Draw. The trick is to find a game where every wager is over +150 so you are promised at least 50% of the FP value.

So for example:

Team A +190
Team B +160
Draw +255

So if you have a $300 FP, instead of taking the risk of 0 or 330 (+110 dog), you lock up a min of $160.
