I contacted SBR and filed a complain and {im waiting for my issue to be resolved}.I recieved a flyer in the mail to my home from youwager for the month of July that they had a 35 percent early bird special where if you make a deposit, you will receive a 35 percent bonus applied to the account. I also received phone call where if I make a deposit I will be entitled to that bonus. I called yesterday evening , and was told that the early bird promotion was active. I chose Friday to deposit 300 dollars. Well things from there went bad . They informed me I cant use the bonus because i have been up for the year. I was misled, and should have never been receiving calls from the account manager informing me about the wonderful July promotion they have, and on top of that receiving flyers. I should have never been told over the phone that once money is sent, they will issue me the credit. Once I made deposit, then they come up, and say that the promotion is no good. I have deposit thru Heritage for years, and was once a time I was real up with them, and everytime they had a promotion, they complied by it. They would always give me that bonus, and stick to it. I am not happy about this. This is horrible customer service, and to be transparent, that would have been a lawsuit in the United States for false advertisement. Please see what you guys can do, and I appreciate everything you guys do for making it safe for American players to play on these offshore sites.
