    I contacted SBR and filed a complain and {im waiting for my issue to be resolved}.I recieved a flyer in the mail to my home from youwager for the month of July that they had a 35 percent early bird special where if you make a deposit, you will receive a 35 percent bonus applied to the account. I also received phone call where if I make a deposit I will be entitled to that bonus. I called yesterday evening , and was told that the early bird promotion was active. I chose Friday to deposit 300 dollars. Well things from there went bad . They informed me I cant use the bonus because i have been up for the year. I was misled, and should have never been receiving calls from the account manager informing me about the wonderful July promotion they have, and on top of that receiving flyers. I should have never been told over the phone that once money is sent, they will issue me the credit. Once I made deposit, then they come up, and say that the promotion is no good. I have deposit thru Heritage for years, and was once a time I was real up with them, and everytime they had a promotion, they complied by it. They would always give me that bonus, and stick to it. I am not happy about this. This is horrible customer service, and to be transparent, that would have been a lawsuit in the United States for false advertisement. Please see what you guys can do, and I appreciate everything you guys do for making it safe for American players to play on these offshore sites.

          So messed up. I get calls from them, receive flyers, verify if promotion is still good, and told yes, send money, and get screwed.

            They should NEVER promote something they cant live up too. It should state only for losing players bonuses will apply, and not mislead me to make a deposit, then double cross me

              I've had an overall good experience with youwager but don't ever speak with "Nathalie", she is the worst and rude. Ask to speak to a floor manager if you haven't already, maybe they can fix this for you

                I spoke to Doris, and nothing. They give me a run around by doing long transfer, and never anyone that can help. Thats why I am gonna see if SBR can do anything about this because this is very wrong.

                  Youwager has always been a red tape a book meaning lots of rules lots and lots of delays especially with bonuses

                    That is very wrong. I have a business and the United States and if I send flyers to customers and I reject the promotion, it can lead to false advertisement and I can be in a real bad situation. Some of these books are awful but we really have no choice because of where we are located

                      I only PMed you and asked you to submit your complaint a couple of hours ago franklissa.

                      It's Sunday anyway so nothing will happen until at least tomorrow, but it will always take a little time to be reviewed and allocated to the correct person to help you.

                        I submitted complaint Saturday morning, and I did not receive a response. I want members and future members to be careful in regards to youwagers tactics. I appreciate your help and hopefully it can be resolved the right way.

                              Just to clarify, Sportsbook Review is the complaint service you filed a complaint with. We answered your ticket within 20 minutes, and indicated to you we would speak with management on this issue. This can take a couple of days. Please hang in there.

                                I usually avoid sportsbooks and casinos that send out flyers. They are shady and desperate, and got your name off a mailing list if you never played there before.

                                  Got told I was gonna receive credit by flyers, management over phone, and rep, and it wasn't applied because I am up? We'll I should have never received flyer or phone calls that I was gonna get that!! It's horrible

                                      I find it hilarious that if you lose they will do everything to compensate you but if you win they will do everything to treat you like crap.

                                          really odd to see this. I have been with Youwager and BetPop for 10+ years. A great company that I give an A in my book. I have been with SBR since 07 so its not like I work for First Fidelity. Sorry to hear about your problem but again I have never had a problem and that goes for the 25+ people who I have referred there that are still playing.

                                            Youwager did the same thing to me a few months back.

                                            They sent account specific emails, specifying my account number and saying YOU ARE ELIGIBLE... and then I confirmed with them multiple times by email and phone that my account is eligible.

                                            But once I deposited they said "sorry, not eligible! Why do you need a bonus if your account is UP?"

                                            Well, because you offered it to me!

                                            Intentionally deceit and trickery goes on at Youwager. These are warning signs of a book to avoid because when the book eventually has an unlucky run it'll treat everybody this way. They may be the next Canbet.

                                              I always make sure that I get the customer service rep to email the specifics of our conversation regarding any bonus. This includes the fact that I am not a new customer and that I have received bonuses before and I get them to also explain the details of the bonus, free play vs cash, fees covered, allocation of bonus, rollover etc. This provides accountability and is a lot better than a he said she said phone conversation

                                                        I used to get called by Heritage like that. I politely asked to speak to a manager, and it ended. If you want the calls to stop, there are actions you can take that do not include changing your number.
