I gave them a copy of an official preliminary income tax payment. Stating how much you are expected to pay in tax. I guess that differs across countries

They approved my tax payment .
so I sent email if I could request payout without any problems, no answer.
I requested the payout of 1500 on 22 September.
Obviously no answer.
I bet about 30 pounds a day... I hope to loss all my balance

I made a withdrawal request on the 17. september. After my documents was confirmed

I have written them almost every day since, and have not had any reply from them!

Some days ago I contacted Isle of Man Gaming Commission, they answered me but they don't do anything, they are worse than bet2be. They should guarantee and protect the players, but I dont'see my 1500pounds after 15 days of my withdrawal request.

Anyone with problems should contact the IOM gaming commission - Any operator with an IOM license has to comply with the player protection scheme. You can read it in the link below. Also on the page is a complaints procedure and a link to their complaints form. Unless they've shut up shop and done a runner, you should all get your money eventually (if there is nothing dodgy about the claims).

I'm waiting and waiting, since August 14 for a payout of 900+ pound. They simply ended up writing "payment failed" for my first two payout requests. On September 21, I requested the money again and of course it's still pending.

In the meantime they didin't answer any mails or "contact tickets", but sent me this ridiculous tax statement request. I uploaded some tax document that has my address on it, and by now I have sent 4 documents, each one was accepted.

I just wrote to them again and I guess will contact the commission in a couple of days, if again bet2be don't answer my questions.

They are definitely getting slower not faster with sorting these out. Which is a bad sign.

They did seem genuine about getting all the slow pays and other problems fixed at first too.

But now I have growing doubts.

Requests for proof of income source is way over the top as an excuse to delay things.
