Books will limit you very quickly and will tie your funds up for betting bad lines

You have to invest too much money to win chump change

Betvalue is not bad as an arb service but in my opinion all of them are a waste of time

It's not really my game but don't be too quick to say it's not worthwhile.

Pure arbing is very very difficult but it's not so hard using middles and other derivatives.

Arbing is still very profitable but it's much more challenging now. In order to make high profits, you must be able to catch middle bets, overcoming bet limits with parlay arbs and live arbing. Live arbing is new dimension of arbitrage. Most books cut your limits for single bets but you can bet good amounts in live. Parlay arbing is also a good way to get good volume and bypass bookie limits.

Why?

Too hard to move money from book to book

Also if you don't have a few big credit accounts again arbing not worth it
