Hi SBR, please help. I have always made a lot of in game wagers both online and in Vegas, and last Saturday my nightmare finally came true.
As anyone who bets UFC fights at the Bookmaker group knows, they almost always leave UFC lines up a couple of minutes into every single round, and will always immediately take the lines down if one fighter gains the upper hand or scores a KO (showing that someone is clearly manning the controls). They will often even go so far as to put up point props on decisions a couple of minutes before the end of the final round. I often wait until the very last minute to place my wager online, as I love to watch the fighters' demeanor before making a wager, and have even done this in person in Vegas from my phone app. The Bookmaker group also routinely does this for all of the major sports as well.
On Saturday night, I made a wager on Anthony Johnson over Phil Davis early into their fight. The bets were taken and remained pending throughout the fight. Thirty minutes after the fight was over, I get a message saying that my bets were voided. I used to always take screenshots for fear of being freerolled like this, and it looks like my fears have finally come true. I placed a wager early into the first round of the fight just before this (the one that Rockhold won), and of course JustBet was more than happy to take my money when that bet lost.
Just for the record, I am down over six figures playing in games at Pinnacle, lost close to that in Vegas before moving away to get things sorted out, and have even asked to be banned from Bovada and 5Dimes due to losses. I say this not to highlight just how much of a loser I am, but rather to point out that I am a dream customer by any stretch of the imagination (and am down over $12K this week alone on JustBet).
In short, I'd like to ask for either one of two things. JustBet was clearly in the wrong here, and I feel so cheated that I may never return to the Bookmaker group as a result. Either a) Pay out the over $2K that I won on that fight, or b) Refund all of my money on past fights and matches that were also taken shortly into games (which would be a dream result). A reputable sportsbook can't have it both ways. Just off of the top of my head, I can remember losing $9K and $6K bets just in the past year that were taken in a similar manner.
Please help,
