Nice post bets78 i fully respect your feedback and your opinion and of course each to their own but as i am the man who posted the thread i feel obliged to enlighten you. Can i firstly point out that i am also UK based and have accounts with all the big guns here, i am quite a big punter on football/horses/tennis etc and it is nothing for me to stake significant sums so much so that in fact i have been asked for ID by Hills, Paddy power and Corals. I fully respect their reasons for this and of course i provided the relevant documentation as they requested and that was the end of the matter, they didn't even place a temporary suspension on my account and i had no hassles of any kind. Titanbet was the very first off shore bookie i opened an account with and sadly it will be my last from the very moment i opened up the account the deceit with which they operated was inexcusable and the funny thing was i wasn't even staking in my normal range, i deposited about £100 and was playing about with it to get used to their website. Titanbet are without doubt the most disgraceful set of people i have ever had any dealings with, i appreciate their caution in setting up new accounts and every company has to set up precautions and have measures in place to deal with fraud and deal with dodgy punters/multiple accts etc that goes without saying but when you provide such documentation as requested and then get repeatedly lied to and get the general piss taken out of you then this company needs to be highlighted and that is what i have done. They are the only company who amazingly stated that my birth certificate was somehow invalid and they are also the only company who refused to accept my Utility bills and they rejected them for absolutely no reason whatsoever. My biggest bug bare with them is that at no time when i was depositing monies to them was my age important it was only when i won did it then become a BIG BIG issue and we are talking about £60. Getting my money was utter misery and if it hadn't been for SBR i think i would still be waiting for it. I have seen so many threads on here about this company and i think it is about time that this companies actions and practices were looked into and i have even written to the Antigua Gaming commission. If they request ID before you placed a bet fine but that was never the case, they also lied to me on 3 separate occasions about other issues too which i have previously mentioned. They have to keep some punters happy like yourself and i am glad you got paid but i do think by getting some bad feedback on forums like this it helps to limit hardship and misery which some punters like me have had the displeasure of enduring. My feedback was wholly justified and appropriate and i only wish more punters knew about forums like this as it helps punters steer clear of bad apples and Titanbet in my opinion is definitely one of them. You personally hold no grudges against this company as you have been treated properly and fairly but please spare a thought for countless punters who are having to go through this notorized docs and ID farce where in my opinion the only reason they run you through the mill is to delay/stall and withhold payment for as long as possible and this is simply not acceptable.

Brief background to me - I tend to change betting sites every six months or so, just to freshen it up and titanbet was the latest I joined. Unfortunately I did not read any of the immensely negative feedback on the site...I wish I had.
I was quite happy betting on the site, was able to withdraw easily, made a profit of £2000 and decided to give up whilst the going was good. I happily withdrew the money and all was well. Two weeks back I decided to deposit the money back in to use, and this time deposited using a new card which had just been issued by my bank. No problem with the deposit, I won some money and once again decided to take out the cash. I attempted to withdraw £2300 profit and assumed it would go through. I then received the standard email asking for front and back of my card - I happily sent them the pics. Then I was asked for my driving licence, I once again replied happily. Then, I received a message asking for pictures of a card number which I do not possess, and never have done. I responded in kind, informing them that they had made an error, and they replied with the same message and that if I no longer possessed the card, I should send them a proof of replacement which I could get from my bank. Well obviously, that would be impossible as I do not have and never have owned such a card.
After replying again, I logged on to my account to see that rather than £0 in it, there was £500. A gift, perhaps? A free bet for my troubles? No, I checked my emails to find one from titan stating that they suspected fraudulent activity, and as I couldn't provide card details, they had cancelled the £2300 withdrawal which was on hold, taken away the funds, and returned my original £500 investment to my account. However, I would not be able to withdraw this until I could provide details of the magical mystery card which I have no knowledge of.
Thus, having been chuffed at being £2300 up, happy that I could pay off some student loan debt, I am now £500 down with no way to retrieve the money.

#73I am new to this website, in fact, I just joined, after being compelled to by reading the posts, which I came across by searching on google.

Despite putting a thread on here weeks ago warning punters about the above named company it is with utmost frustration that i am seeing regular disgusted angry punters on here complaining about the same old ID scam and not getting paid saga over and over again, weeks ago i explained in detail what they done to me over a trivial £60 including saying my birth certificate was invalid and my perfect utility bills were also invalid and also requesting a photo of me personally holding my own passport are nothing more than reason to withhold, delay and defraud the punter it is as simple as that. I have sent a couple of e-mails to various bodies highlighting this company and i am eagerly awaiting a reply. But i warn every single punter reading this again that they are perfectly ok and are not interested in ID until YOU WIN and when this happens YOU watch what happens ! BE WARNED !! Another thing they do not tell you is that they have a minimum deposit of £20 when you deposit monies with them, they also disable the live chat feature as well as soon as the e-mails start. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THESE DISGUSTING CROOKS.
Strangely enough there was no problems when making depositsComment -

#80My first post, but needed to react.
People asking why SBR just upgraded them? Come on, really, it's not clear?
SBR is getting paid by Titan, god knows what deal they have. SBR doesn't care about punters, they care about their own profit.
It's a pitty, but it is what it is. I almost deposited couple of thousands based on SBR review, while TitanBet is rated very low (2.5) on Bookmarkersreview. Thanks god I found this post and investigated a little bit more before depositing.
You can't trust SBR.Comment
